Not natively, you have to adapt the website for RTL, since we don’t have a huge base of users on RTL languages and it never justified the development, but some customers achieved the adaptation with some plugin and a bit of CSS maybe.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

Hi, indeed this theme is not meant to be used with Elementor, if you want an alternative you can consider https://pro.radio or the theme Kentha + the plugin KenthaRadio

OK. But what do you think about this solution – we don’t need carousel upcoming show if we have also QT Upcoming shows widget that we can place on right sidebar, and if we have this red beam where current track and current show showing – i think about to replace it with this QT upcoming shows widget – not vertical but horizontal of course, So we had everything in line on the red beam, after current track (there is a place for 3,4 shows coming up next). And if by the last show at day there would an empty space after current show, it’s no so big deal, better than when there is an empty carousel widget. I would it suggest it to you for a next theme-update maybe. I would anyway try it myself next days… what do you think??

You can add [qt-upcomingmini] in the customizer under “player settings > ads slot desktop” and it will add the upcoming show in that space, not sure is what you meant but I hope it heps.

Hi, indeed the error message is correct, but happens because you activated the license on www. and afterwards changed your website URL to non-www

Technically they are seen as different domains.

Hi, what you describe is usually caused by caching, any plugin or a server with Litespeed or similar. Whatever caching system you’re using it needs it be set with a TTL of 30 seconds in order to avoid showing outdated info.

Hi, you need to change the file js/qt-main.js line 364 and set autoplaySpeed to a higher value. Then in the customizer advanced settings change the theme to load the unminified scripts.

Thanks. The first error is a misconfiguration: it’s saying the position of an element is not set. The second error means a font family is not loaded. Both errors are not software issues that need a plugin update, but configuration issues caused by missing or misconfigured parameters.

Hello, OnAir2 is currently not an update of OnAir 1, we simply didn’t have any fantasy to find a better name Anyhow, the database structure is exactly the same, so if you switch to onAir2 every show, schedule, team member, posts and page will be recognized seamlessly.

About the homepage, that’s a different thing because OnAir2 uses WPBakery, allowing a greater flexibility for editing than our old theme onAir1.

Instead of importing all of the content, we can help you by installing only the homepage in your website.

I would recommend, for the transition procedure, to clone your site in a staging subdomain or subfolder, in order to take familiarity with the new theme, before making it public.
