Latest update broke entire website too. I can’t see any demos or blocks when I’m going in the Udesign Studio. Besides, I can’t use anymore margin or padding for my blocks. The visual editor is less beautiful and less comprehensive since the update. I have a lot of bugs on blocks that I put before the update, especially the blocks in the FAQ. Maybe it’s because margin and padding not worked. Please tried to resolved problems. I can’t progress on my client’s site. Thank You !

Unable to provide any screenshots, as I need a website up and working, after being down for a week. I have been forced to another theme. The new version seems very convoluted . . . not intuitive. Pages which were just fine under every earlier version no longer had the same structure, nor did the interface reflect a WYSIWYG interface. No help from the online documentation or videos, as all links simply lead to default pages without content.

Hello, I have been trying to install and ran into an error.The error I get when I try to install is Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’->’ (T_OBJECT_OPERATOR) ...(site identifying info here that I’ve deleted) wp-content/themes/u-design/functions.php on line 30 I tried to access the support forum but keep getting a 522 error. Hope you are still supporting the theme.

Hello, I did purchase the support extension and received assistance with the first issue, however, I sent another help request last night by replying to the original email from support and did not receive a reply.
The support links within the software result in 522 errors and the link above goes to a support program that seems to not be set up.

I put in a support ticket two days ago and have not heard back. Is there anyone monitoring your support page? The support area don’t appear to have any listing of past support items and several sections of placeholder content. That seems to be the issue of your email, have you used the same email for other themes support accounts on our support system? like Porto, Riode, WolMart or Molla? If yes then please create a new email and try to create the new support account, I am sure you will not find this issue anymore, and if yes then please share your new email and then purchase code with me via email udesignaizaz@gmail.com so that I’ll check and help your out.
ThemeForest account is old and I didn’t have my company email.
So I bought with this account you see here, but on your website I put the purchase code with the corporate email.
And I would like it to stay that way, as the email linked in the themeforest is gmail and I don’t use it.

There is no shopping cart icon in the header of the main demo theme. I need this icon to be there and update when an item is placed in the cart. Can this be added without coding in this theme? I believe many newbies would not purchase this theme because they don’t see this cart icon visible in the demo.

Yes you can, you have to Install the WooCommerce plugin comes with the theme package and then you have to set the header with header builder and set the Cart Widget in it at any place in the header as per your requirements.

Simply go to the Dashboard >> UDesign >> Theme Options >> Blogs there you will find all the option related to the blogs theme have see image: i.is.cc/pFvxrid.png make the changes as per your need and then save settings after that check back your site after clearing the browser cache.

Your details of this theme says it is Not “Gutenberg Optimized”.
Is this theme Gutenberg editor Optimized or not?
If it is, you need to change your theme details. Your theme details has been showing this theme is Not Gutenberg Optimized for long time now.
Andon would never allow this error to be ignored like it has been.

Actually, our theme is compatible with the Elementor editor and it’s optimized with it. You can check here https://themeforest.net/item/udesign-responsive-wordpress-theme/253220 we didn’t said that the “Gutenberg” is compatible with our theme.
Something is wrong here.
Before, one of you support persons said the UDesign theme is compatible to the Gutenberg editor and here you say it is Not.
Andon himself guaranteed the UDesign theme will be compatible with the Gutenberg editor ( see: https://themeforest.net/comments/19264494 – and – https://themeforest.net/comments/20919898 ).
Think about it. Gutenberg is part of the WordPress framework, there is no avoiding it, yet you want to claim that the UDesign theme is Not compatible with it?
I myself have brought up this concern over a month ago and someone from support said they will change the Details of the theme, but Never Did (see: https://themeforest.net/comments/27965809 )
This inconsistency from this support is seriously disconcerting. It is showing a very bad trend here. Andon never allowed such inconsistencies and confusion as I am experiencing with you (support).
I suggest you get your act together and contact Andon to straighten you out and get the reputation of Andon back.
Then keep your promise made over a month ago to change the Theme Details. The theme details on the Theme main page says “Gutenberg Optimized – No”. This should be “Yes”
Note: what you do & say here in this comment area reflects on the integrity & reliability of support and affects the Andon’s reputation. That is why I focused on what the Theme Details show and how you (support) are handling problems.

I just updated my site from 2.11.12 to 4.0.2 and it’s broken. I’m using Child Theme Version: 1.0.0. What should I do?

First of all, I am very sorry for all the inconvenience you are facing right now.
As you explained you were using a child theme with customizations which are not working now because of the theme updates. So the thing is this is a major theme update with so many changes and updations in these functions.
Once you update the theme it overrides all old theme files and new files are implemented. So if you want to intact your old customizations you have to add them again in your new theme files to make it work like it was before and for this purpose ask your developer to do it for you.
And regarding wpbakery working with the latest theme version, there is some issue and I am very sorry for that I know it mentioned in our official site that wpbakery is supported but in recent update, we removed wpbakery from our supported plugins list and we missed those tags on themeforest and we will remove those soon. So I apologize for this confusion.
Now if you manually use wpbakery then it is not going to change anything because theme pages will not customize with wpbakery anymore.
So now if you want to use wpbakery then ask your hosting provider to restore your old backup and after that do not update the theme.
Or if you want to update then simply create your site from scratch with elementor plugin.

Yes, If you hide them it will affect SEO. Because it is an SEO-required thing once you disable them it will definitely affect your SEO score.
