I am trying to change the logo in Theme Options > Navbar, but the + button does not do anything. Previously I had been able to use it to change my logo image. Any idea what is happening here?
Hi jondoglobal! It’s like you have a JavaScript error but we don’t have other reports so it’s not possible to understand. Please disable all extra plugins, after in case we will need one at least a full page screenshot of the Theme Options page with the Chrome Developers Tools open on the Console tab (first click the ”+” to add the logo in order to trigger the possible error), ex: https://undsgn.d.pr/1fQ2RH

As mentioned we do not have similar reports from other users so it is not possible to help you more without the ability to access the installation and server. There seems to be something abnormal in the installation, try to first deactivate all the extra plugins you have, I catch a glimpse of some already from this screenshot alone.

Moreover, we see is that the server is something like stalled, the webpage is super fast when the cache is created but it is very slow when it needs to create the cache (this is up the server performances).
Hi, the problem doesnt come from the server because I have 5 website in the same place and I dont have this problem, in this one I have to remove almost all the elements in home because in this way loading is faster, less things = faster. thank you
Hi luia! This is what we see from the outside, the pages before are cached are very slow to load, once they are cached they are quite fast. We try to be as responsive as possible when you write us, but cannot really give you more from here, thank you for understanding.

I’ve come across a new bug with the latest version of the Uncode WPBakery Page Builder (6.9.0), it’s causing the Stripe Gateway Plugin to throw errors, the boxes to type in card details are unable to be used.
Disabling the page builder plugin removes the errors and allows for checkout – can this be looked at?

The only strange thing we see in your installation, is the coupon form ‘Have a gift card?’. That doesn’t seem to be part of WooCommerce. The native WooCommerce one is at the top of the page and not down there so I suspect you’re using a plugin. If you disable just that one does it work?

It’s odd, as it did only conflict when Uncode + the page builder were active, but it’s not an issue with the plugins.

1. We are sorry but you linked the generic homepage so it’s not possible to understand what is the specific layout. If you refer to the Sticky Scroll feature ( https://undsgn.com/uncode/features/posts-sticky-scroll/ ), you can use Posts, Portfolios, Products and Media Gallery elements.
2. No it’s not designed to close with the ESC key, sincerely it’s the very first time we have this request in years, and it’s also not a feature that I see in other website that uses a similar Overlay Menu. Wish I’d checked this before, but just finished redesigning my site, and all images are SVG, but they dont scale. Reading up on this its because they have width and height. Is it possible with Uncode to have scalable SVG’s so they dont get off on mobile? :/
Do I just replace width and height numbers with ‘auto’ or am I meant to do something else?
Hi OmriS! this is not something that concerns the theme or WordPress, you have to choose what technique you like, there are some suggestions and you just need to tag the id of your SVG, a good method seems to use the scale, find here some resources.

Recently whilst trying to update to the latest version, the update failed and the system advised I deregister and reregister the theme. Sorry, last question of the day. Is there a way to control font sizes for mobile? Rather than having to duplicate every block and change the size etc. Similar to what Elementor does? If not, what is the most effiecent way of controlling font sizes for mobiles separately to desktop?

The fields are exported from another application, i’d like to know if you knew a plugin or a method to associate custom fields to values (such as i can do through the “WP All Import – WooCommerce Add-On” and “Advanced Custom Fields” plugins)

As always, love Uncode but can I suggest a feature? Since fixed elements, I’ve hoped that an SVG image would be allowed rather than just text or social icons. Saves me using another plugin

It works for images if they’re PNG/JPEG, but not SVG’s. Hoping this can be added in an update as we prefer to use SVG’s when possible.
WordPress TinyMce natively doesn’t give you the possibility to insert an SVG but you just need to grab the SVG file URL and insert it in a normal img tag in the src value…
Problem is the SVG’s dont have a URL so to speak. They show as http://domain.com/google-reviews/ and if I insert it this way, it doesn’t display.

I have many licenses of your theme and I always find myself well. Thanks for your work. would just like to ask you if it is possible to make an implementation. Often i have to decrease the timeout of the sliders but it’s not possible to go below 300. is it possible to have lower speed options (and so make the sliders very fast)?

In macOS I have set the dark appearance. I’m viewing my website, which has a dark icon, and in Safari in the tab, a white border around the logo. The same frame is all over the undsgn.com website. It’s only visible in Safari and other sites display the icons fine. I can’t find where the error is, everything looks OK.

Sorry, we see what you mean,
but unfortunately that’s an issue that happens with PNG favicons that have transparency. Safari’s rendering displays them that way: Uncode’s favicon, having border radius, shows a sort of background colour in Safari. The best advice I can give is to avoid favicons with transparency. We don’t know of any workarounds for PNG and Safari in dark mode unfortunately.

By default WooCommerce doesn’t allow that, so it would be a customization and that’s not included in the theme support, as you can easily imagine. However you can use the WooCommerce native filter “woocommerce_sale_flash” to hack the default behaviour of the badge: that requires some coding skills of course, and some tutorials are available on the web as well.

I would need some additional information: the error you mention seems to be contained in the Uncode Core plugin (that is what I read from your message), but in our version it does not appear. Which version of Uncode (theme) do you have at the moment and which version of Uncode Core (plugin)? May I advise you, if you are coming from an older version of both, to update manually? On another note, Ive noticed that if you create a row as 6/12 + 6/12 and stick a content slider in one half, that left-right padding on the row has no effect. I assume this is a bug? Can it be looked at and fixed in the next update please.

The Content Slider is designed to work on 12/12 column “Note: Please note that the Content Block module is supposed to work in a first-level Row (no Inner Row) with a single column and that you cannot use more than one Content Block Slider in each row. With the content slider it has dots that appear underneath. Can these be made to be always visible rather than just on hover and to be able to change the dots so they are coloured? Its not possible to see them on a white background. When using a testimonal slider, these are always visible (the dots) and are grey. It should be the same for a content slider.
