Hi, I am currently working on eCommerce website (https://www.michaltiskne.cz/) and when I try to write something in the form (e.g. search form or checkout form) on mobile, text is underlined but I do not want that. It is interesting that it is not underlined on desktop even when I try it in a small window which should mimic a mobile version. I do not know where could be a problem…

Is there a way to disable the onYouTubeIframeReady function in /library/js/plugins.js? I have a custom iframe being built by an onYoutubeIframeReady defined in a script tag in the dom. The only way I can get it to run is by removing onYouTubeIframeAPIReady from plugins.js. This of course will just be overwritten in the next update so not a sustainable fix. Are there any controls provided that would allow me to not load that function from plugin.js or control the contents of plugins.js without losing that configuration in the next update?
Hi jakee543! I don’t think it’s possible to do what you’re asking, the script you’re referring to is used by “okvideo.js” which is used often within Uncode, it’s not something you can detach at will. The only thing I can think of, if you use the new “Split JS” options and have no video on the page this script should not be called.
Luckily there are no other videos and this in tandem with a few other tweaks helped me solve the issue. Thanks a lot!

Hi dhiresh, and sorry for the delay! This problem can happen if you have an old version of PHP. We remind that WordPress officially suggest to use at least PHP 7.4. Anyway, this possible problem was fixed in Uncode 2.6.2, do yo have this version? Hi there, I have been a long time uncode theme user and as of today it appears WP_Bakery has broken my website by giving me a 503 error message.
I have tried the following: - host support - updating all plugins one-by-one - deleting unnecessary plugins - updating wordpress platform - Updating uncode theme and child theme
After reinstalling all plugins one-by-one, the only plugin that gives me the 503 error message is WP_Bakery.
Any suggestions and help would be appreciated? Thank you.
Hi aldershots! The only recent report we got with error 503 is from a user with the Wireframes plugin. Can you please test what happens if you activate only Uncode, Uncode Core, and Uncode WP Bakery Page Builder?
Unfortunately, the error 503 is for definition a server error, not a code error, so without a log from your host we cannot understand where their service fails.

Having contacted my host provider, the503 error is basically when the request or changes that I am trying to upload is over thus causing the site to timeout. I have reviewed each plugin one by one to determine the causing and it appears to be WP_Bakery.
I understand this is a third party product therefore would like to know how best to contact the developers directly without a direct license?

Hi aldershots!It seems very strange that this is the problem. This is the plugin on which is based the Uncode Page Builder and is used by 100% of users. If there was a code problem in the plugin itself that generates a 503 here there would be thousands of similar reports, but this is not the case. As already explained 503 is by definition a server error (in fact it goes in timeout), not a code error.
Besides you say “have been a long time uncode theme user and as of today it appears WP_Bakery has broken my website by giving me a 503 error message”, so this is the proof that they have changed something or they have run out of server resources because you use this plugin since you installed Uncode but only now it doesn’t work anymore

I am trying to change the logo in Theme Options > Navbar, but the + button does not do anything. Previously I had been able to use it to change my logo image. Any idea what is happening here?

As mentioned we do not have similar reports from other users so it is not possible to help you more without the ability to access the installation and server. There seems to be something abnormal in the installation, try to first deactivate all the extra plugins you have, I catch a glimpse of some already from this screenshot alone.

Moreover, we see is that the server is something like stalled, the webpage is super fast when the cache is created but it is very slow when it needs to create the cache (this is up the server performances).
Hi, the problem doesnt come from the server because I have 5 website in the same place and I dont have this problem, in this one I have to remove almost all the elements in home because in this way loading is faster, less things = faster. thank you
Hi luia! This is what we see from the outside, the pages before are cached are very slow to load, once they are cached they are quite fast. We try to be as responsive as possible when you write us, but cannot really give you more from here, thank you for understanding.

I’ve come across a new bug with the latest version of the Uncode WPBakery Page Builder (6.9.0), it’s causing the Stripe Gateway Plugin to throw errors, the boxes to type in card details are unable to be used.
Disabling the page builder plugin removes the errors and allows for checkout – can this be looked at?

The only strange thing we see in your installation, is the coupon form ‘Have a gift card?’. That doesn’t seem to be part of WooCommerce. The native WooCommerce one is at the top of the page and not down there so I suspect you’re using a plugin. If you disable just that one does it work?

Hi, thank you. I managed to spot a rouge jquery script being called in the header after seeing one of the answers in a linked ticket.
It’s odd, as it did only conflict when Uncode + the page builder were active, but it’s not an issue with the plugins.

2. No it’s not designed to close with the ESC key, sincerely it’s the very first time we have this request in years, and it’s also not a feature that I see in other website that uses a similar Overlay Menu. Wish I’d checked this before, but just finished redesigning my site, and all images are SVG, but they dont scale. Reading up on this its because they have width and height. Is it possible with Uncode to have scalable SVG’s so they dont get off on mobile? :/
Do I just replace width and height numbers with ‘auto’ or am I meant to do something else?
Hi OmriS! this is not something that concerns the theme or WordPress, you have to choose what technique you like, there are some suggestions and you just need to tag the id of your SVG, a good method seems to use the scale, find here some resources.

Recently whilst trying to update to the latest version, the update failed and the system advised I deregister and reregister the theme. Sorry, last question of the day. Is there a way to control font sizes for mobile? Rather than having to duplicate every block and change the size etc. Similar to what Elementor does? If not, what is the most effiecent way of controlling font sizes for mobiles separately to desktop?

The fields are exported from another application, i’d like to know if you knew a plugin or a method to associate custom fields to values (such as i can do through the “WP All Import – WooCommerce Add-On” and “Advanced Custom Fields” plugins)

As always, love Uncode but can I suggest a feature? Since fixed elements, I’ve hoped that an SVG image would be allowed rather than just text or social icons. Saves me using another plugin

It works for images if they’re PNG/JPEG, but not SVG’s. Hoping this can be added in an update as we prefer to use SVG’s when possible.
WordPress TinyMce natively doesn’t give you the possibility to insert an SVG but you just need to grab the SVG file URL and insert it in a normal img tag in the src value…
Problem is the SVG’s dont have a URL so to speak. They show as http://domain.com/google-reviews/ and if I insert it this way, it doesn’t display.

I have many licenses of your theme and I always find myself well. Thanks for your work. would just like to ask you if it is possible to make an implementation. Often i have to decrease the timeout of the sliders but it’s not possible to go below 300. is it possible to have lower speed options (and so make the sliders very fast)?
