From the WooCommerce settings https://undsgn.d.pr/1VpjqA you can select the page for the whole “My Account” section, but not only for the “Lost Password” form unfortunately. The only advice is to find a good compromise for both sections and maybe adjust something via CSS.

Hi zumaxb! Support expiration is one of the Envato Terms the whole marketplace is based, and this is common to all themes. Consider it the warranty of a normal product that expires after sometimes. So if a user needs extra private support, he must renew it.

Hi, our site is using uncode theme, the uncode core plugin got updated automatically and it crashed our entire website.. we along with the hosting provider support team were able to get the site back to a running state. I believe one of the changes they(hosting support) did was to change the PHP version. I’m not sure though. however one section on our website is still not working.. kindly look at the below screenshot:

Do you happen to have SVGs as the background of the slides? Either way it looks like something you put in the slides… please verify if you have SVG elements as background,

Hi Nityasingbal! Okay but what about our suggestion? It seems here you are using some invalid elements, for example an SVG as background or some media that doesn’t have width or height.
hi, it was working fine before the plugin update… its a owl slider with user reviews.. now its showing an error.. and the dimentions are also messed up..
Hi Nityasingbal! We are telling you where the problem is, as said other users don’t have this problem, so look at what you have as content here inside this section if you want to solve the problem. If it was a theme problem as you say here you would see hundreds of users reporting this problem. As said it looks like you are using SVGs. Can you look at that?

Hi gapd! We had the same problem a year ago with another user and it is a server performance issue. As proof that it is not a code error the fact that this issue as you say is random. When an issue is random it is related to the performance of the infrastructure, in fact it works at certain times and fails at others. Unfortunately, it is difficult to give you more information from here. If you open Chrome Developers Tools and navigate to the Console tab you will probably see a Server Error 503 (or similar).
Hi, thanks for the reply. While it did seem random at fist, I have not been able to get it to work again. So now if I want to add images, I have to type the image numbers in manually in Classic Mode.
The error listed in Console says:

The errors point directly to native WordPress files which makes me think that in some way something is being inhibited.
If you create a new gallery with only a few images do you have this problem?
Added a second gallery to the page, and I’ve been able to add images, then go back and add more. I’ll check it again tomorrow and see if I can still add to it. Thanks! G.

As I guessed, this morning I wasn’t able to add to the test gallery that I made last night. I’ve been talking to tech support for my host provider today and we changed the upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, and memory_limit to 1000M and no change for me. Though oddly, when tech support tried adding an image to a gallery on their end they said it worked, but I do not see the image on my end. They even sent a screen shot showing the added image. Very strange!

Hi gapd! Unfortunately as already said we from here can’t debug it, if it was a theme problem here there would be hundreds of similar posts and you would have had this problem from the first moment you installed the theme. Instead this is resource related.
Yes, this has been an issue since day one. I have only started working with this template this past couple weeks even though I purchased it sometime last year. I’ve spent an entire day going back and forth with the dedicated server host and their tech support can find nothing on their end that is incompatible.
Seems the issue is with WPBakery as I’m seeing others complaining of this issue when I search WPBakery galleries not loading images. Cannot find a fix for it though.

About half way down this page you have a gallery section called Media Gallery, where the images are in like a carousel that automatically scroll when you scroll your mouse down. How do I create this? I looked for ‘posts sticky scroll’ in the demo import and cannot find that page, and playing with the gallery feature is also not coming up with much that is similar? I have a meeting with the client in just over one hour from now and ideally would like to get this done before i see them. Are you able to advise please?

Hi Lhami! No I am sorry but at the moment this is not an option and we never show anything similar. From the next big update we will have an advanced Ajax filter system, similar to this one although not the same. Unfortunately, it is not something for which we can provide some custom code to accomplish it quickly.

Is there a way to disable the onYouTubeIframeReady function in /library/js/plugins.js? I have a custom iframe being built by an onYoutubeIframeReady defined in a script tag in the dom. The only way I can get it to run is by removing onYouTubeIframeAPIReady from plugins.js. This of course will just be overwritten in the next update so not a sustainable fix. Are there any controls provided that would allow me to not load that function from plugin.js or control the contents of plugins.js without losing that configuration in the next update?
Hi jakee543! I don’t think it’s possible to do what you’re asking, the script you’re referring to is used by “okvideo.js” which is used often within Uncode, it’s not something you can detach at will. The only thing I can think of, if you use the new “Split JS” options and have no video on the page this script should not be called.
Luckily there are no other videos and this in tandem with a few other tweaks helped me solve the issue. Thanks a lot!

Hi dhiresh, and sorry for the delay! This problem can happen if you have an old version of PHP. We remind that WordPress officially suggest to use at least PHP 7.4. Anyway, this possible problem was fixed in Uncode 2.6.2, do yo have this version? Hi there, I have been a long time uncode theme user and as of today it appears WP_Bakery has broken my website by giving me a 503 error message.
I have tried the following: - host support - updating all plugins one-by-one - deleting unnecessary plugins - updating wordpress platform - Updating uncode theme and child theme
After reinstalling all plugins one-by-one, the only plugin that gives me the 503 error message is WP_Bakery.
Any suggestions and help would be appreciated? Thank you.
Hi aldershots! The only recent report we got with error 503 is from a user with the Wireframes plugin. Can you please test what happens if you activate only Uncode, Uncode Core, and Uncode WP Bakery Page Builder?
Unfortunately, the error 503 is for definition a server error, not a code error, so without a log from your host we cannot understand where their service fails.

Having contacted my host provider, the503 error is basically when the request or changes that I am trying to upload is over thus causing the site to timeout. I have reviewed each plugin one by one to determine the causing and it appears to be WP_Bakery.
I understand this is a third party product therefore would like to know how best to contact the developers directly without a direct license?

Hi aldershots!It seems very strange that this is the problem. This is the plugin on which is based the Uncode Page Builder and is used by 100% of users. If there was a code problem in the plugin itself that generates a 503 here there would be thousands of similar reports, but this is not the case. As already explained 503 is by definition a server error (in fact it goes in timeout), not a code error.
Besides you say “have been a long time uncode theme user and as of today it appears WP_Bakery has broken my website by giving me a 503 error message”, so this is the proof that they have changed something or they have run out of server resources because you use this plugin since you installed Uncode but only now it doesn’t work anymore
