What should I do?

If the limits are correct and you still cannot import, the cause depends on what message you get (you may have a server end block, or maybe something wrong in the ssl setup) We can only help by having access to wp-admin and trying to do the import to see the exact message.

We have layout manager for property page since the version 3.5 release – You can go in Theme Options – Design – Layout manage and enable custom layout – keep what sections you wish, change the order, and hide those you do not want to keep. The quick menu will remove the section you do not use when you save your changes.

How am I able to remove the white circles in the featured listing on the home page? I’ve looked through everything and cannot find it or what they are even for. They are right next to the star rating on the featured listings. Thanks!
Hi Calvin53, Thank you for the message. It is possible you refer to the owner image placeholder, but I am not sure. If it is owner, you can add the profile image from My profile. if you want to hide it, I need to know the exact shortcode to offer a css solution as owner image shows by default.

The property custom fields you can add from theme options – will display through a common function in the Property details section – https://help.wprentals.org/article/property-custom-fields/
To add some of the fields from custom fields to a different section is not possible with theme features, you would need custom development to add the fields via coding.
We can guide you to use the theme existing files, but the change itself must be done with a developer assistance, we cannot guide to make the custom change as well.
If you want to know the existing theme files for property page please open a ticket in support and we will help.
If you want help to use the booking extra options (the help offers all the steps as well), we can add these to a listing in your site to see how to manage listings in front end in support as well.

I have noticed that when a listing expires, there’s no option in the user dashboard to relist. It just shows “resend for approval”
Hi, Thank you for the message. Yes, that is correct. If the listing expires it means his free membership is no longer active or his current paid subscription is no longer active. He needs an active subscription and he can resend for approval the listings based on his current subscription. If he has the number of listings he needs, the listing is published automatically.

We do not have a way to show specific listings just to users who register. I am afraid I cannot advise how this could be done (if a plugin could help) I will add the idea to wishlist to research further, as it is a new suggestion. If you have an example of this functionality, you can send us the details to use that as example and understand better the question.

Hello, when I try to reserve a period and I click on both check in and check out dates it doesn’t show me a calendar like it used to before and I can’t even edit the dates manually with the keyboard numbers so I can’t block my reserved dates off. Why has this suddenly happened? I updated everything to see if it goes back to normal but nothing unfortunately. Still the same problem. I’m looking forward to your reply. Thanks
Hi phaiax, Thank you for the message. I do not recognize this behavior. You said it started to happen before you decided to update the theme. Maybe another plugin you activated recently created a JS error (and the JS error blocks all calendar functions)
You can check in browser – console the exact messages. You can see a path to the source of the error and disable that specific setting or plugin.

Before I purchase your theme I have a question from my client.
Is it possible to send an additional invoice to a renter or auto charge the renters credit card after their initial invoice is paid and their reserved stay has ended? Example: My client has camp sites that are only available to their members but there are times when those members overstay their reservation because they don’t have a manger onsite. The client wants to know if they have the ability to automatically charge that clients credit card or invoice that client for the additional nights?

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our theme. The theme does not save the payment information (all payments are done via payments api, and they do not auto charge clients). So I am afraid this is not possible. Technically, I am not sure a merchant can make payments on a client CC without his authoization.
Using our theme functionality, if an user has a confirmed booking and he wants to extend, he needs to make a new booking in the theme.
If there is a 100% deposit set, admin gets the payment to his account as user confirms his booking (after owner approval, or with instant booking, without owner approval)

Hi, My current website has a category structure of Category (country), Subcategory (region), Sub-subcategory (holiday park) so you can display (or search) all properties for specific country, region or holiday park. Would I be able to re-create this using taxonomies in your theme?
For search I need user to be able to select Country from dropdown of countries (only the countries we use), then select region then select holiday park.
For taxonomy pages I need a country page to show the listings for that country plus also list the regions so that user can click a region if they choose. if they click a region they see listings for that region plus list of holiday parks. If they click a holiday park they will go to the listings for that hoiday park.
For the above you can substitute Country -> Region -> City if that makes it easier.

—> No, this is not possible. We do not have this type of hierarchy. You have category and type as independent dropdowns, and country is a list with all countries (not related to category). City is also independent.
