If you want to rent different items – please note our theme will show 1 submit form and that can be confusing.
You can edit the demo categories names, but it is still one submit form.
We have woo commerce support to pay deposit to site admin. Service fee can be set to and also paid to site admin.If your merchant is woo compatible, you can set it in Woo commerce and it will process the payments as the theme supports them. We have more details here

In Mobile Number (Field type) we need an option. The moment the Mobile No. and other fields are entered and submitted we need to get a pop up to enter the OTP Received to Mobile if the OTP is matched the form needs to be submitted . Could you please let us know how do we do it?
Hello, Thank you for the comment. I am afraid I cannot advise how to add OTP verification. There are plugins as far as I researched, but how to connect such plugins to fields added independently from a plugin I cannot know how and if it works.

If the limits are correct and you still cannot import, the cause depends on what message you get (you may have a server end block, or maybe something wrong in the ssl setup) We can only help by having access to wp-admin and trying to do the import to see the exact message.

We have layout manager for property page since the version 3.5 release – You can go in Theme Options – Design – Layout manage and enable custom layout – keep what sections you wish, change the order, and hide those you do not want to keep. The quick menu will remove the section you do not use when you save your changes.

The property custom fields you can add from theme options – will display through a common function in the Property details section – https://help.wprentals.org/article/property-custom-fields/
To add some of the fields from custom fields to a different section is not possible with theme features, you would need custom development to add the fields via coding.
We can guide you to use the theme existing files, but the change itself must be done with a developer assistance, we cannot guide to make the custom change as well.
If you want to know the existing theme files for property page please open a ticket in support and we will help.
If you want help to use the booking extra options (the help offers all the steps as well), we can add these to a listing in your site to see how to manage listings in front end in support as well.

I have noticed that when a listing expires, there’s no option in the user dashboard to relist. It just shows “resend for approval”
Hi, Thank you for the message. Yes, that is correct. If the listing expires it means his free membership is no longer active or his current paid subscription is no longer active. He needs an active subscription and he can resend for approval the listings based on his current subscription. If he has the number of listings he needs, the listing is published automatically.

I am afraid I cannot advise how this could be done (if a plugin could help) I will add the idea to wishlist to research further, as it is a new suggestion.
