Hello, I am having a problem. My license key is locked up and it says it won’t let me register on the support site. I bought Avada license and put it on beta.website.com first. I forgot to unregister it before deleting the beta site. Now I can’t use the license key on the main www.website.com site. I reinstalled the beta site and it won’t reregister to that subdomain either. I seem to be stuck in a loop where I can’t do anything at this point. How can I clear this up?

Thats the problem. It won’t let me register an account on the support site saying my license key is already tied to another account but I never signed up for support.

When I click register it says “This purchase code is already in use on another account.”

Hi.

We have installed Avada 7.7.1. After applying the patches #420555, #420565, #420577 and #420596 the frontend is basically destroyed. How can that happen and do you have a solution for that problem?

There is no issue with the frontend causing issue on patch application, it could be either due to the fact that theme is missing some files already or some cache plugin(s) could be causing this issue, we will need to check on your site further to provide a better response.

Since i have updated i am getiing the following error.

When I google for “Learndash plugin with Avada”, then I find lots of comments from users who have problems using them together.

Almost 2 years ago the ThemeFusion Support mentioned here: “We do have integration with learndash on our todo list but do not have a timeframe for when this’ll be implemented.”

Is there any update on this? Is Avada fully compatible with Learndash now or do I have to look for another theme?

We’ve been adding compatibility for some Learndash features over time so it should work but its not yet fully integrated so we cannot guarantee 100% support for it yet. You can setup a staging/dev installation and test out LearnDash with Avada there if it’ll fit your needs right now.

I recently received the news that Avada will increase its price in a few days. This is not good news, especially for those like me who have been asking for the possibility of having discounts for the massive purchase of licenses for years. I have loved and recommended this theme for years, but have never received any favorable treatment with the excuse that you are subject to ThemForest’s rules. Unfortunately, I think the time has come to abandon this theme for other more convenient but equally valid ones.

It has nothing to do with rules. If Envato controls the purchasing process for every single item sold via the marketplace, not just Avada, how is it possible for us or any other theme to provide a discount for individual purchases? It simply is not possible, and we do not have access to their system or how the process is handled. We have been asking them for the ability to provide discounts but to no avail.

Currently there is no option for that. However during migration its extremely common to update the URL/links in the site using search and replace. Also plugins such as “all in one migration” (and other migration plugin) automatically change the url when the site is migrated (such plugins are commonly used for migration)

Yes, password protection is not limited to a specific template/pre-built site. For that you can use either the stock WordPress passport protection feature on pages with Galleries or use a good password protect plugin to limit access to the galleries.

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/39FTZ9G

Hello to all the AVADA team I have a problem I installed your theme on the new domain and when activating it, I got the message telling me that the number of sites activated on my license has been reached. Out, I have domain names that are no longer valid, but remained active in your database. I want to deactivate my license on this domain name www.relexsarl.com and instead assign it to this new domain name And also, I want to delete all domain names that no longer exist on my license. In my support account, it is not possible. I just want to delete this name while waiting to renew my license. Can you do it for me please. thank you

Greetings. In the global header I have set the menu as sticky. When I scroll the page the bar remains normal in height. how do i make it tighter when i scroll down the page?

hello, i have a question about the license. if i installed avada on a subdomain and register it. when all the website is done i want to move it to the main root of the same domain and remove the subdomain. in this case i have to purchase another license or the same license will work?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.
