Hi, thanks for the update. Upon checking the changelog, there are no details for versions 2.5 and up to the recent ones; only 3.1 detail is posted. Our current version is 2.5. May I also know the changelog for versions 2.5 up to the recent release?

The main menu no longer shows the dropdown arrows for the submenus. I believe this happened before right after I first purchased this theme and you fixed it but didn’t tell me what you did to fix it. It no longer works again. Please assist. Thank you.

Thank you, SmartDataSoft TeamMy client bought this theme. Very bad, poor and horrible theme. Who the hell told you to disable basic elementor options? I had to apply CSS to add font sizes, color etc. to headings. There was no need to disable basic elementor features and build your own that dont work. Teach your developers to code it well and fix the bugs.
This is not multi-purpose theme ,it is niche based theme for start up, those who do not need much option. If you need more customization ,you can purchase multi-purpose theme rather than niche based theme

I purchased the theme and have a questions about the Brands 2 carousel.
1.) Don’t see options to set the number per view, speed, etc.
2.) Doesn’t appear to evenly space items within the view area. I have logos that are all the same width and I assumed it would calculate based on each image width and space according.
Is there plans to add more options for the carousel? Don’t want to dig around in the code.

Sorry we have not test option before purchase. If you face issue and our theme has problem we will refund you. Their is many factor depends, elementor update frequently they change code and filter which break plugins not our ,other developer plugin also. Also some time wp issues.we all time try our best to give best support Thank you
The plugin “Heacool Core” needs an update and I get the error “Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”.
There’s a 2nd error that says Our theme license system has been changed, Please active again your theme license. When I try to update my theme license with my purchased one, it doesn’t go.
This theme isn’t even a year old. From what I’m reading, I’ll need to purchase support again?? I need to purchase a license EVERY 6 months in order to do the updates???!!!
I am a web designer and one reason I switched to Envato was because the updates, including theme updates, are available to me to do for my clients.
I would never have chosen a theme that is going to force me to purchase support for every update that needs to be done.

We have had constant issues with this theme. I have renewed support and I still cannot submit a ticket. Our site is down with a critical error message due to the heacool Core Plugin.
