Hi,
My images throughout my website are not displaying their correct dimensions resulting in pictures not looking sharp as original. They are being down scaled from original size.
Featured images are sized 1160px on long side Post images sized at 1000px on long side
Is there a default image size for Oshine?
I’ve compared the original file on upload and compared website image and is much softer.
I’ve disabled all plugins etc. still no change so must be theme related.

The images appear ok but compared to the original they are very soft, also justified grid images look terrible in lightbox view?
I’ve tried numerous WordPress fixes to correct the issue using perfect Images etc. Nothing seems to work.

How do you hide video controls? I have auto play activated and don’t want the controls to pop up when the mouse hovers over the video. thanks

Regarding video background, you need to edit the page with Tatsu and in that section, there is an option for background video. Just replace it with your video link and then check.

You need to use safe SVG plugin to enable SVG support.
The 7.0.9 update still made the Oshine Core and Module plugins go inactive. When will there be a solution for this because it happens so often ?

The last update 7.0.9 broken the Portfolio edit with Tatsu, for some reason I can’t edit with tatsu no more, when I press the EDIT button it will open but I can’t add modules. (I sent you an email asweel) please fix it asap. We can’t edit new portfolios added.

Hi there, since updating the Oshine parent theme to v7.0.9 we get a loop when in the Oshine options panel, It looks like the file is waiting until an element with .rAds class and then removing it based on the code below:

Hello, there is wordpress hack injecting some script to JS files that has been around for a few months. Recently noticed that it is correlated to updates of the OSHIN theme, more precisely associated with the perfect-scrollbar jquery files where the script containing “trackmyposs” creating a redirect gets injected. I notice Envato download no longer has the latest software update, at least since Oshin version 7.0.8 or even before that. Now Wordpress is telling me I should update to Oshin 7.0.9 but again Envato does not have it. Can you fix this please? Thanks so much.

I have purchased 4 Oshine themes and I have successful activated 3 purchase codes, but I’m not able to activate the 4th one. It’s either saying “invalid purchase code” or I’ve used it on another website. I have removed the code from any other website and it’s still not allowing me to use it.

The latest update made the Oshine Core and Module plugins inactive, which broke my sites. I had to manually go in and make the changes or the sites I created for clients would have remained broken. Seems this theme has become buggy and after the Tatsu security vulnerability, which left two of my sites hacked, I’m considering switching to a new solution. Disappointing.

With Transparent and semi transparent Header, Menu color work dark or light, there is no option to change to other color. If not using hero section then you can find this option in tatsu first section settings.
