My Uncode theme has stopped working since migrating to a new server. Is there a plugin or easier way to reconnect it? This happened with another website and downloading the them totally destroyed the website.
Hi dreamtimepr! Without more information and a link to your site it is really impossible to figure out what is not working. The only thing that comes to mind is that a proper migration to the new server was not done if it was working before and now you have this problem. Hello, to have a slide that perfectly fits the screen size you can’t use the Media Gallery carousel unfortunately. Hi Tobias, I can show you how to attach code to the product, of course, i.e. where to display a button, but as far as the implementation of the button itself and further custom functionality I can’t help you, that goes beyond the scope of this support. So: first check that you have enabled WooCommerce hooks from Theme Options https://undsgn.d.pr/v6WdEG. Then you can attach your own function to print output to the woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item_title hook like this:

Bug on the Header using internal links
Hi, My agency has around 10 Uncode licenses, 5 under my user, and some additional ones used by a coworker, so we have been regular users of Uncode for the last few years.
I just noticed what looks like a bug in chrome. Being in a page, if you go to a section through an internal link (yoursite.com/page/#section1), when you scroll to the top again, the header disappears. This doesn’t happen on Firefox, I don´t know about other browsers, but it is a problem on Google Chrome. Any way to fix this bug?

Hi!, I’m sorry about the delayed response. We (a coworker) ask for this issue in the Uncode support and already was clarified. The internal links need to link to the section’s name instead of the section’s id.

Hi, When changing the layout for the product pages nothing happens. I have changed it under the Theme Options > Products. And I have changed it under the individual product settings as well. The layout just stays the same, irrespective.
Hi RidhaDawood! Are you sure you are testing it on a new layout? Note that you are looking at a page that was created with custom mode, it is possible that Page Options has the upper hand. Hi, I’ve set up a page that has a Media Gallery set to Grid layout and Masonry for Layout Mode. I have Filtering turned on. The pages loads within 5 seconds, but if I then click on one of the filters it will take just over 1 minute to load. Is there something with Filtering that would cause such a delay?

Hi thanks. That seems to fix the loading issues. However, the Masonry effect does’t seem to work the same. The images are not resizing to fill in gaps and instead leaving blocks of empty space above or below images.

Hi gapd! We are sorry, we didn’t notice that you were using Masonry for this reason, it seemed to me that all your images were 1:1. So you necessarily have to use Masonry. Try putting Masonry back in and passing us the page shortcode let’s try and see if we can replicate it on our installation.

Hello there! A client of mine uses your theme on their website and we found issues presenting the store page in the Firefox browser (in other browsers everything is fine). I also note on your changelogs that problems in Firefox are frequent and I belive that is something related to this:
“Slides Scroll wrong height of the content container on Firefox”
I found this on the 2.0.0 version of your changelog and I think that the actual problem is maybe something related to that.

Well, I have tried that and although I have the license code, a message appeared indicating that the support period expired. I thought that this might be an issue that you could be aware of, maybe because of recent updates of the Firefox browser or Wordpress.
We are essencially only using the Posts component block of Bakery Page Builder along the page. We only have used your layout demo of the shop-creative page as a starting point (replicating lines of Post components after the initial products).

Moreover, only the user with the “Purchased” badge is eligible for support under the terms stated. Unfortunately, there are also versions of the famous themes distributed with nulled Purchase Codes. We are sorry but as an author, also have to abide by the terms of the contract with Envato (ThemeForest) which is in the marketplace’s own interests.

I dont have the password of my client Themeforest account, but I have signed with the Username (given by the client) and the license code on you support page. The username must be correct and related with the license, or else your support page dont accept the sign in. It’s true that the support period expired, but neither my client or I want that Undsgn/Themeforest even thinks that we don’t have a valid licence.
I’m using this comments page with my own Themeforest account as an alternative for not being able to use the support page.
Nevertheless, I recognise that you are trying to help and I will try your sugestions.

I’ve done your suggestion and deactivated all possible plugins. In this case, the result was still the same and then I deactivated the childtheme, using directly the default Uncode theme.
After the deactivation of the childtheme, the result was the essentially the same (with the following rows of content not showing up), but at least the first row of contents was top aligned.
I tried using simple text blocks and the result was the same. I took screenshots of the the same page with firefox vs other browsers:

Hello I just purchased the theme and I am already in love with it. I am new to WordPress through and I have a question: After installing the theme, I imported a single layout (Shop-furniture) because for this site my intend is just to use that layout with all it contains. But my website is still showing the default Hello World template instead of the Uncode Layout imported. I reset everything and choose to import the Demo and my website is showing the Demo. I’m adding a large number of client logos to my Media library, and then inserting them into a page via the Media Gallery module. I’d like to “permanently” add a URL for each client’s website to the original image so that I can use that in the gallery itself.
It looks like I can click on each item in the Media Gallery module under the Single tab and add a Custom Link. However if I ever delete this gallery I’d have to go back and redo all these links. The images are less likely to be deleted, so I’d rather do this once.
Is there any way I insert a link for that image under the Attachment Details screen for each image in my Media Library?

Hi Atomic_Kid_Studios! No sorry, the only method is to apply a link to each element of the Media Gallery via the Single Block tab. Obviously, if you delete the gallery you have to relink but if you need to create a similar gallery is suggested to create a copy and modify the original gallery so you have only to apply again the modified items.

Hi, I’m using Unicode for a while now and never had any problems with the color palette. For a few days now, every new color or gradient added does appear ok in the palette, but as soon as I want to use it in posts oder on pages, there’s a blank white box and the color isn’t shown. Hello, if you don’t see any color in any dropdown (in Theme Options, Page Options or WPBakery Page builder modules) I can only guess that there is an error in the dynamically generated css file: wp-content/themes/uncode/core/assets/css/admin-custom.css Check if there are PHP errors inside it and especially if it is writable (a first check of this you can do from System Status: https://undsgn.d.pr/PzujBo If it is all green that means it should be writable)
