Problem with “Menu hide” option – It takes too long for the menu to hide upon scrolling with standard time in option, so the menu is shown over other content on page, and leaves a messy impression. Pleas advice how to set less scrolling before menu is hidden. Thanks

It should be hidden (more) immediately when starting scrolling down, and we would like to correct that – with custom css or whatewer is the easiest solution. Hello. I have purchased this theme 7 times. I love it and use it often. I’m having an issue on one of the sites where it’s installed. I am unable to import any of the individual files. It keeps giving me an error that says “Ooops, the Demo Content couldn’t be imported all in once”, even though I’m trying one page at a time. I have verified that there are no red items in the system status. I exceed all requirements. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling the theme. Any ideas what could be happening? I’m on WP Engine and have used this theme many times with them. Thanks for your help!
Hi simplefly! Have you tried disabling possible extra plugins? For example, if I remember correctly, even a plugin like Wordfence can block communication with the server. In case you have Wordfence, you have to delete it completely, it is not enough to make it inactive.
PS: of course, this is a guess because without being able to debug, it’s just guessing when something strange happens that is generally related to some strange server setting or limitation.
After update the theme, wordpress return 500 internal error, disable all plugin, found out if I enable “Uncode WPBakery Page Builder (Version 6.9.0)”, site will become 500 internal error. Is the plugin the latest? Site is not working.

It sounds more like something strange happening on your server or you should try installing it again. In case of an error you have to ask your server to give you more information, 500 is by definition a server error.
I delete and reinstall theme and every plugin, still 500, blog page only work if I disable “Uncode WPBakery Page Builder”, but there is a blog category page only has 1 blog post, it works. Other category page more than 10 blog posts, does not work.
WP Memory Limit already: 512 MB and PHP Max Input Vars already 3000.
To be more clear, website works, only blog page and category page that have more than 1 post return 500.

If this were an Uncode problem this would occur on all installations and there would be hundreds of similar messages here but this is not the case. Unfortunately, from here, it remains tough to figure out what the cause might be. Hi, I have a problem with the queries by the theme.
I have a fresh install on a new Wordpress installation to see if this issue is from the theme or not, all plugins deactivated, of course.
Except the Query monitor, and from that, I see duplicated queries around 30. The duplicated query is uncode_get_media_info.
Maybe you guys could look into it.
Hi, that function is related to image display and optimization. On a page without images you would not see it, it is needed to pull data from the images in the database in order to serve the best resolution based on your choices, specs, etc. It can also be launch for lightbox images, background images, etc.

Hi iqmartins! If the warning you refers are the ones you have in the Theme Options > CSS, please note that this editor is tailored for some easy CSS, so if you use advanced rules it can report you a warning, but if the CSS works it means it is valid.

You can enable automatic updates for the theme, this is possible but not for external plugins. Besides it would also be risky because if there is a problem with the new version of possible plugins probably unless you visit the site every day, you would not notice it.
