Phlox Portfolio was great, but recently its vanished from the admin area.. My website is still showing the content but a recent update to Wordpress seems to have made the admin side vanish…

If I install any other portfolio plugin, it works fine. However Phlox portfolio seems to no longer be compatible with Wordpress admin area.. Another theme no longer suitable.

The problem that you mentioned here is simply a user permission problem that can be fixed with a plugin that can edit user roles and user capabilities. I have Phlox Pro Theme v.5.7.6 installed on my Word Press website. On the WP dashboard page the plugin indicates that updates are available for Phlox Pro and Phlox Pro Tools plugins. When I click on the Install Plugins button the update starts but it encounters an error. I get this error message “Unsuccessful download. Invalid URL has been entered.”

Has anyone encountered this error? If so what are my options to fix it?

On the http://kdnq2433.odns.fr/contact/ page of my site, the icon from the Elementor Simple SVG block is not displayed anymore even though I did not make any changes.

The 2 other blocks work in the other columns.

I checked the code in the block and it is identical.

On my site: http://kdnq2433.odns.fr/, I have to deactivate the Phlox Pro Tools extension (auxin-pro-tools) for the Elementor editor to work.

When I reactivate Phlox Pro Tools, it is impossible to access the list of Elementor blocks on the left, the banner remains grayed and inaccessible.

Have you ever noticed this problem? Will a fix be proposed?

Can I enable the automatic updates. for your theme and included plugins? even the ones from other vendors?

Hi. The updates for the premium bundled plugins are handled through Phlox dashboard. The automatic update from WordPress does not work in this case. So we do have auto update in Phlox dashboard which we recommend using that

Hi, all advanced image widget are not displaying images, however when I use the default Elementor image widget, images are showing.

On my site: https://grainedesoi.fr/, I updated the Phlox Core Elements extension from version 2.8.3 to version 2.9.22 but the update causes me a blank page on the front.

I went back to the old version and everything works as before.

However, the extension has a security hole and I would like to update it quickly.

Hi. Apparently you did not update your theme and plugins for a very long time. The only thing that can casue a problem in this situation is inconsistency between the theme and the plugins version. Hi, the newest 2 updates are breaking my website – the file ‘recent-posts-grid-carousel.php’ breaks the site and when renamed all works again.

It is the plugin ‘Phlox Core Elements’ Version 2.9.20 that fails, but if you rename that file in your hosting server it all works again even when that plugin is enabled.

Hi. We have released an update that fixes the problem. Please please note that the main reason of this problem is that your PHP server is lower that 7.4 which is the minimal recommended by the WordPress. Anyway, please update he theme and plugins and your good to go.

It does show the product attributes. If your product is a Simple product then the attributes are shown in the Additional Information Tab. If you want to have the attribute as an option, then you need to change the product to Variable Product. If you need any other assistance, please contact us at our help center.
