This theme has the worst support ever. They never reply with a solution first time. They always find some excuse to ask something else and of course you have to wait 2 more days. They don’t read correctly the ticket and always answer back with something else. If they have to make add some CSS they don’t provide it. They Just log into the site and make the fixes and you will never know what they did. So, if you have to reinstall WP and your theme all will be gone and you have to start all over again waiting 2 to 3 days for any reply. Also, Their demos work fine in desktop but try them in moble they have a lot of bugs (You won’t see them in Phlox demos page) but install them and you will see the results: noting is the same or fits. I’m stuck for 20 days with simple things the demo was a really simple blog. I had to just start all over and switch theme to The7 which I shouldn’t have changed. Really Phlox support is a joke and an insult to the customers they bought the theme. I already build a site with Phlox (toke me 1 month for 3 simple pages) because nothing works properly and made a huge mistake to try to complete the site with a blog. It a huge mess and disappointment.

Hi. All updates of the premium bundled plugins will be available to you through the Phlox dashboard and the Update menu. please have a look at there and try to update from there

I have this theme for some time now but I did not use it on any website. I suppose that I tried to use it sometime on some website but it did not work as I am not using it on any of my websites.
The problem is that I do not know on which website I tried this theme and activated it, as I need to deactivate it. i see that even if you change the theme and use another theme, if you do not deactivate it you can’t use it.
So any help ?? As I do not remember on which website as I deleted it for sure and right now I do not know which one was.
Any help to find out in order to deactivate it there and activate it on this new project I have ??

I installed a demo site (Corporate 3) and all looks good on desktop but on mobile (small screen, iPhone X) the elementor columns don’t stretch to 100%, they appear 50%-50%.
I tried your demo and it all appears as expected. I downgraded to elementor 3.6.8 (as used in your demo) but still no luck.
Could you please advise the solution or where to look to resolve the issue?

Hi. There was a minor bug report realted to this but we have fixed that long time ago. Please go to Elementor > Settings > Experiments > and set the ?Optimized DOM Output? option to ?inactive?. That will probably fix the problem.

Quick question – When importing a demo, shouldn’t the menu effects get imported as well? Everything on the demo import seems fine except the menu that doesn’t have the effects of the demo on your site ( Analytics demo )

Log in to the averta owned support system and checking in with the license should be easy as they offer a “Login via envato” – seems comfortable – That’s not working here since 6 days. Seems as the Api isn’t set up correct.
Ok go the manual way and register by email and importing the purchase code manually. Works but the activation code send via email dosent activate the account. Shows me the same symphony api error like on the step above.
—I have an account on the support sys but can’t post a ticket as its an unconfirmed account. Absolutely useless.
We already installed Phlox Pro on our preinstalled WP. That was as comfortable as it should be but as the selected theme needs to be unlocked in the demo importer we and on a 404 error page when clicking at “unlock”. Ok we have two more options to register Phlox as Pro Version, 1. “Go Pro” at the sidebar menu in wp backend 2. “Update Phlox” in the top nav position Guess what? They both end on the same 404 error page!
So actually I have an useless product and the comment section here is the only way to get “support” for which I paid for!
