Is there a way to increase the size of the Fixed Height Animated Module? While the page is still in progress, the two other text blocks next to it will link to galleries, this third block I simply want to show prices. The title “PRICING” is smaller than the other text.

Hi Team, actually the support of our licenses is expired but i wanted to inform, that all galleries and portfolio-images are shown broken / distorted since safari ver 16.0 (mac / ios) in the first render. When rescaling the safari-window, the images become fine. Safari 15.6, firefox, chrome is all right. If you’re interested to solve i’m happy to send you the links. Kind regards to you all!
I can specify: On Every Window resize event, the pictures become fine, intial load = broken.

Just found the solution. Safari 16 seems to have problems with lazy load images.

I’ve been an Oshine user for years, and I wonder if there is a way to use videos (youtube, vimeo, self-hosted) as “featured images” for portfolio posts?

Nothing has come through and I cannot login in to the support system, it says it will send a verification email but nothing arrives. I believe there is an issue with the support system as I’ve never had issues before, please investigate further or respond directly to my email and we can resolve directly via email.

Hi, I just want to notify that google analytics will update his tag tracking code.
I have on my website the old google analytics code and it works if I set it on Oshine Settings. But if I put the new google GA4 I think is not recognized and will not work.

I can see the images you added in the site are more then one mb. The images need to be less then 200KB.

I can see not the images page load fine. For about us and other page the images those are not load you need to reattach those images. Also check website SEO, it looks like the issue occur because of SEO redirect.

We have noticed that the Portfolio no longer shows on this page link below, the HTML editor code is there, but the portfolio module appears to be missing from Tatsu:

When I look at the Oshine dashboard > Install Plugins tab I see “provide a valid purchase code” message (attached screenshot).
When I look at the Oshine dashboard > License tab I see “You have already used this purchase code…” message (attached screenshot).
I haven’t had much luck in getting a response to tickets that I have posted for support recently, and when I get a message that an authentication link has been sent to my email, it doesn’t show up in my inbox or spam folder. I’m not sure if that is the reason why I haven’t been getting a response, so I reached out through email, but that email came back undelivered with, “no such user here”.
I still have support remaining on this Oshine purchase dedicated to this website, so I am not sure what has changed, or why the purchase code is being flagged for another site?
Please let me know what can be done to remedy the portfolio and license issue with this website, thank you. Your assistance is very much appreciated.

I never receive an email notification to sign in to see my tickets. (I check spam folders too). That’s been my problem with this process. Unless you know of a direct link to the ticket?

I checked with my email host and they ran an inquiry of every email that I received, filtered or not, using the keywords, “brandexponents” and “expresstech”, and nothing shows up, except our exchange here through Envato. Do you know the exact email address that sends out the notifications for a login? Otherwise, the conclusion must be that the sent verification email for logging into the expresstech support account is not working properly. How can I view the support ticket response and get my license issue resolved?

Hi there, I have used this theme extensively for the last few years and it’s very good but recently I’ve encounted a massive issue that is affecting my whole site. I now can’t save and update my portfolio pages through the Tatsu builder. Which means I can’t change details on existing portfolio pages like https://dylanjkershaw.co.uk/portfolio/i-hate-poetry/. I get the error STATUS CODE : 403 – UNABLE TO SAVE! when I try to save it.
It seems like Typehub and ColourHub are the issue, I get the error when I try to activate them: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare activate_colorhub() (previously declared in /home4/hecomed1/public_html/dylanjkershaw.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/tatsu/includes/colorhub/colorhub.php:52) in /home4/hecomed1/public_html/dylanjkershaw.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/colorhub/colorhub.php on line 54
