This theme is fully integrated with both Elementor and WPBakery builders. You can pick one of them (or both if you want). The pre-built sites were made with both of these plugins. It means each pre-built site is delivered to you in 2 options: built with Elementor, or built with WPBakery. You can pick the one you prefer in the installation step.

This theme doesn’t have the Products Toolbar widget for Elementor. If you want to build a custom product archive template, you should hire a developer to help you, because it is pretty complex if you want to build a custom toolbar.

It seems to be a problem with the cache plugin on your site. There are some JS errors and they may cause this issue. Please try to clear caches and disable the cache plugin to test the problem.

It is the default behavior of WooCommerce. WooCommerce always display 2 prices on the variable product. The first one (on top) is the price of the variable product, the second one is the price of the selected variation.
yes i know that, the price on top not the same price when you selected the variable product.
If you have multiple variations, the first price always show as a range, from the smallest price to largest price of the variable product.

It could be a problem with the multi-currency plugin. Please deactivate it if you don’t need to support multiple currencies. Or you can go to the setting page of the WOOCS plugin and correct the conversion ratio.

I have just updated the plugin Woocommerce to version 7.0.1, but an error appears: “Your (Konte) theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need to be updated to ensure compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce. Fixing Tips:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available, contact the theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and reapply the changes.”

Hello! After moving from sub directory to root directory everything goes fine except for the fonts in the site, it doesnt let me use the fonts i want , instead of that it uses a default font that cant be changed, do you have any feedback on how to solve this? look forward to your comments regards!

On mobile, the background of the popup is disabled by default. It will help the web load faster (on mobile) and the text is easier to read.

I’m reaching out regarding two issues/bugs on the site a customer brought up to us:
1. When a user attempts to sign in, upon clicking the button in the header, it opens the side panel and signing in with the correct details just leads to the panel getting stuck spinning and never signing the user in?
2. We’re looking for a way to allow the ‘Sort by’ product filter to have an option for ‘Sort by recent’ – I’ve looked through all the documentation and similar tickets and can’t any information on this. The default WooCommerce one has it but I don’t want to revert/install any plugins that mess with the theme’s inbuilt one, literally just want our customers to have the option to sort by ‘New’ (and not products that under the ‘New’ badge, just sort from newest to oldest).

Regarding your questions:
1. It looks like a conflict issue with plugins. You can try to deactivate plugins to test this issue. You can also change the default behavior of the sign-in button in the header and make it redirect to the login page instead of opening the side panel. The theme has an option for this behavior in Appearance > Customize > Header > Account.
2. Unfortunately, the filter widget doesn’t have the option for “Sort by recent”. However, WooCommerce has this feature already. You don’t need to install any plugin for this sorting option. This feature is supported in the Products Toolbar layout v3. You can change this toolbar layout in Appearance > Customize > Shop > Products Toolbar.

We’re sorry if the answer is not clear. In the theme, we included some template files of WooCommerce to override them. We always keep them up-to-date. Therefore if you see any message that recommends you to update template files, maybe your theme is not the latest version; or perhaps you did modify some template files in your child theme.
