For a workaround, please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling and replace “your.site” with your own domain

Website CRASHED after Update
ALL Lightbox elements open outside the viewport.
This is the most severe issue in a long list of issues coming with Enfold
.....and all images in lightboxes are stretched to full width even when they are much smaller.
I have no words for such failures
I just updated to the latest version and the X to remove the item in the cart (using WooCommerce) is just a dot/circle now – so it is not identifiyed as icon to remove the item… has there been a change? I already deactivated everything – just left Woo and Enfold active…

The issue is related to CSS file merging and compression. You can temporarily disable it in Enfold theme options > Performance or use additional CSS Rikard provided in the thread you shared.
And yes, our devs are working on it and fix will be included in upcoming version

If you save a page where you use a fullscreen slider and then look at the page it is all ok. But then when you refresh (or look in another browser) you get a blanc screen … Ik looks like the slide can only loads once. When you save the page again, it works again, but only one time … This is very strange.

Please update Enfold to the latest version 5.2.1 which should fix the issue. Please toggle JS file merging and compression options in Enfold theme options > Performance tab as well. If it does not, please start a thread on our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support so we can look into it

Issue after update

The issue is obvious – total crash,
i can switch between old and new version – that means its not WP, its Enfold.

The problem persists even when i remove the element add it again.
W3C Validator says: Ending “p” exists – open “p” missing” and we had things like this in the past with Enfold.
It reminds me on the desaster from last year where hundreds of websites had some kind of “Lorem Ipsum” in their Icon boxes due to some “developers” of yours.

DANGER / LAWSUIT
The Layerslider that is integrated into Enfold is loading Google-Fonts which actually leads in Germany to a massive number of lawsuits.
Even more troubling: If you inspect a website with Firebug you dont see that it loads Google-Fonts which makes users feel safe – but they arent.
How to get rid of the google fonts?

Max, Google fonts can be disabled in LayerSlider settings and how to load Google fonts locally can be found on our forums.

The font awesome (font-awesome.min.css) library is still loading without user consent which is not compliant via GPDR. Please add them to your theme settings in the Cookie & Privacy settings and only load them if the user accepted the cookies

Font Awesome is not included in Enfold and included icon fonts are loaded from your server so they are GDPR compliant.

I’ll try to leave another comment as the first one did not appear. I successfully installed the demo version I liked, but the Theme options in the Consultio dashboard is missing, also the video tutorial is missing as your account is being terminated. What should I do to get to the theme options, should I install the child version?

Does the avia layout builder has an issue? We keep getting a “publishing failed” message on our pages but posts and everything else are fine. Just when we use the layout builder. Everything is up to date including plugins and theme. PHP version is 7.4.30. Please help.

Are you using a child theme? If you are, could you please temporarily switch to parent theme and check if that makes a difference? If it does not, please try de-activating all active plugins.

I have a court case about it right now. It costs me a lot of money. So PLEASE, how can I remove the link. It is very important. By loading the fonts locally, you host them from your server and not from Google’s server. So basically you can remove the link by loading the font locally.
