When will the new version of enfold for wordpress 6.1.1 be available without bugs or errors? I’m reading the comments and I don’t trust

We are going to release Enfold 5.3 soon. WP 6.1.1 related issues are CSS issues only and can be fixed by adding following code to bottom of Enfold theme options > General Styling > Quick CSS

Hello, in Contact Form, why the first value of the element with option is selected. The user must select a value. But unfortunately the first value is selected. It wasn’t like this before. Can you fix this with an update? See: https://www.dmrlook.com/urun-cekimi/#iletisim

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 5.2.1. If you are using an older version, there might be compatibility issue with your PHP version

NEXT ISSUE
Before the last Update an image vanished from a masonry gallery when it was deleted from the media library.
Now it is still in the gallery but as a “not available” placeholder.
This doubles the time a user needs to spend when he wants to delete images.
Enfold was such a good theme – a long time ago
- Added a Masonry Gallery
- Added several images
- Display in frontend – correct – https://imgur.com/a/JWzLbs4
- Deleted an image from media library only
- Frontend – correct deleted is missing (no placeholder)
- in shortcode deleted image id is still there, but also not displayed any more in backend – https://imgur.com/a/sz8bnEP

Please edit your post element and click the three dots, click Preferences and go to Panels tab and make sure “featured image” option is enabled – https://imgur.com/a/ESxME0P

Are you using a child theme? If so, please try switching to parent theme temporarily and check if it makes a difference. If it does not, please try de-activating all active plugins and see if one of them is the culprit.

I use ALB to edit my pages, when I use the elements in the canvas the edits are fine but when I preview the page only the content shows the featured images do not show unless I use the default editor, without any elements with that editor I can’t add any notification boxes or anything fancy. I tried removing all my plugins and nothing worked only the default editor will make the featured image show. Please help.

why is setting up the blog so painful? i already got my post pages when i click them it the content doesn’t load at all the feature images are not matching their posts, what I though should have taken a few clicks take hrs. the content element blog posts do nothing but make the post look like a blog do i add the boxes under this element? point me where i can find the full setup. I’m trying to get the blog single author big.

If you would like to create your blog page using Advanced Layout Builder, please go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout > Blog Layout and choose “Use advanced layout editor” option. Then you can edit Blog Posts element on your blog page and change the blog style

OK that worked, but I’m having some issues loading the side bar in a page since the blog seems to only work on a page to list the posts, I’m aiming at the demo look, do I have to resize my feature images to have them show like how it looks in the demo?
I have a little problem with content elements tabs in one of my pages adding it is fine but the contents vanish from the tabs when I hit upload the page. I add the information back again and again same issue.

Are you using custom HTML in your content? If so, please make sure that they are opened and closed correctly. Most users make mistake adding Strong tag for example. The correct way of using it would be as following

Yes, Enfold 5.2.1 works with WordPress 6.1.x. We have not been able to update software version as WP 6.1.x is not available on Themeforest yet

Our systems says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.5.4)”!
Is that because of “Enfold Child” Theme? It is confusing. We are connected to ENVATO, but it wont get the Update to the new theme versions.
The main problem is that on the start page the video is not shown in the background, although everything is set correctly.
Please give a brief idea of the solution. Thank you

Updates seem disabled on your installation. If you are using a child theme, please insert your Personal Token in Enfold child theme options. Alternatively, you can use Envato Market plugin to update the theme from WP dashboard

This theme looks very nice, will this theme work with php 8.0 and above, does this theme has the option to be a boxed layout, can other colors be choosen like black, dark green or dark grey?

Quick answer to all of your questions is yes
Enfold is compatible with PHP version 8.x and supports boxed (here is an example – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-blog/ ) and framed ( https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-resume/ ) layouts. You can also adjust the colors as needed in Enfold theme options

Have you modified header.php or footer.php files on your child theme? If you have, please update those files. You can simply rename header.php or footer.php files in your child theme to old-header.php or old-footer.php, copy fresh copies from your parent theme, paste them in your child theme and re-apply your modifications
