Hi Undsgn, I am trying to work out the Ajax filter for my blogposts but it’s not working…. I checked the ‘show filters’ box, and it isn’t showing anything. I managed to get the searchbar in but when I type in something it doesn’t do anything… I tried to read al the explanations in the documentation but I can’t figure it out, can somebody help me out?

is there a way to have mobile menu to be fullscreen? i mean the default one you get with the horizontal menu.. is it possible to make the background color occupy all the screen instead of ending under the last menu item?

Yes. Here for example: https://www.iani.studio/portfolio-photos/ the active filter is “show all”. When page loads, is possible to show another filter activated? “Colors” for example.

Hi giz123 and thank you for the interest! No sorry Uncode doesn’t include design files (PSD, Figma or Sketch). The whole theme is designed on the browser. To sketch quick layouts you can use the Wireframes (it’s a different workflow), ex: https://undsgn.com/uncode/wireframes/

Hey there. I’ve purchased your theme some weeks ago and finally found the time to start working with it. Is it true that I really can’t set up a transparent menu when not using headers? Especially on the the single product sites, this is really driving me crazy: Whatever I try, the navigation background always stays dark. I simply try to set up a 100vh two columns layout with transparent navigation but that seems to be impossible. On normal pages, I at least have an option to chose first row as header, but this option doesn’t exist for single products and I just don’t want to use a header for the single products. I already had a look at the dedicated article in the docs but that doesn’t help either. I know my support has just expired, but just in case that’s true and there’s no way of setting up a simple transparent menu without being forced to use a page, this great theme is useless for my purposes.

How can we automatically hide old events on the home page (from the current date) and only show a range of 3/4 events for example.

When i tried to update my plugins, it’s asking deactive purchase code and active purchase code.

Yes, i changed server and my website is attack with virus, so i changed server
Exactly so the moment you try to update the plugins Uncode cannot because it was actually never registered on this URL and it was registered on the old one. In short, there is no match, that’s why you have to register it again.

Hi, Trying to update to PHP version 8.0 or 8.1 and there seems to be a clash with the Uncode WPBakery Page Builder. When this is activated, it shows an error. When it is deactivated, the error goes away, but of course then the content does not appear. Have tried updating both the theme and plugin which has solved this issue on other website themes. Any ideas? Thank you!
Hi WhitestoneInt! At the moment we don’t have similar reports and we have lot of users with the new PHP version. Do you have the latest version of Uncode? What version do you have? Can you please at least copy the error here? Otherwise it’s really not possible to help.
Thanks for responding so quickly. Using Version: 2.7.5 of Uncode. Getting a 404 Page Not Found message, which dissappears when the Uncode WPBakery Page Builder plugin is deactivated. Have Version 6.9.0 of the plugin.

Hi WhitestoneInt! As mentioned we have never had any other user with this problem, so I cannot give you any guarantee of that. Are you sure it is not related to some server configuration? Either way I can give you a guarantee that the developers will look at the details of your problem. In case you open a ticket enter all logins including FTP and notify here when opened.
