What happened to the template? The documentation is incorrect, and the Demo upload is not accurate at all.

I have read comments from 1 year ago, that suggested that the alidropship plugin does not work with your theme, some mentioned it displays price of supplier and other price at the same time etc.

I am wondering if you still stand on your position that this is a custom work, or if the theme now works fully with alidropship plugin ?

Our theme if fully Woo compatible and any plugin built to follow the WordPress and Woo core standards, it should have to work fine with our theme as well.

1. I tried to create a single product page but in dashboard>>porto>>template builder, mine is showing just two menus (ALL and POPUP) instead of 8 different menus in the video, i just want the custom field that i want to create to display immediately under the price in the single product page
2. the wishlist icon on my website menu is not displaying on the sticky menu both on desktop and mobile, it only displays on the menu and when i move down on my website it disappears. What should i do?

After the updates, the review button of my website running in Catalog Mode appears in the same language, although there are different languages. Different people have written to you before, but you stated that it happened because of the language plugin. By the way, I’m using polylang. But the catalog mode is provided by the porto theme and as a result of my research, the problem is caused by the port plugin. I installed an extra plugin for this problem. I think if you fix this problem we don’t need the extra plugin. Because there are more than one person having this problem.

For those encountering the same issue, I fixed it by installing the ELEX WooCommerce Catalog Mode plugin. When you install this plugin, the language tab of the button becomes active again on the polylang translation screen.

Every time I try to use the Porto Twitter Tweets Widget, it’s your tweets not my tweets that get returned, Thats even after generating new Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token, Access Token Secret and entering my username into the Twitter Screen Name input box, in all lower case, without the handle symbol.

But it seems to be an issue of your API and TOKEN generation settings because we have confirmed from the Test Site, it is working properly fine.

So, please make sure that you have followed all the required steps in this regard defined by the Twitter Official Documentation:

Hello, I have purchased a porto theme license many times before. I usually use more than one language on my sites. I want to buy a few more licenses, but there is an error I am encountering. Let’s say I made a site with 2 languages, English and Turkish. After adding the pages to the menu, when I say save, other menus do not appear on the site, except for the default language. In order for it to appear, I need to select and save individual menus from the menu locations section. This issue makes me think frankly how will I update the menus if the edit locations tab is removed by wordpress. Because adding even a single page to any menu makes all menus invisible except the default first language.
