Hi I have a problem with WOOOcommerce and my server told me that the problem is coming from Theme

Hello, I try to use the Import/Export function from the Theme Options. When clicking on import (both URL and File) it says settings are imported, but in fact nothing changed. Both websites have an active licences and are up-to-date.

The images settings are not depends on our theme but it is coming from the WooCommerce, so you have to go to Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images and change the “Thumbnail cropping” option as per your requirements.

Getting 2 Major issues:
1. None of the forms on my website is working. The forms are made with elementor pro forms. Submitting any form gives “X Error”
2. After a purchase is complete, instead of getting the thank you page, user gets “there has been a critical error on this website” message. And No emails are delivered. This happened since 18th Nov.
