If you want to change the layout of your complete site, you can from Porto >> Theme Options >> Layout: https://postimg.cc/pmSjkTR2

OR if you only want to change the home page layout then you have to edit the page and change the layout from page view options as per your requirements.

There is no such issue with our theme, this issue is only on your site and it must be the cache issue only, so please remove your server cache and then remove the site cache and finally check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

I already bought your theme. I imported Elementor demo – corporate 6. I can use a lot of features but why I can’t use for example counters on elementor demo? Do I need to use visual composer? I just want to only use elementor and use counters and more stuff from shortcodes but I dont want to use another or different page builder like WPBakery… How can I use all features from demo – corporate 6 on my site? When I try to use something it shows me code [vc_row]... instead of elementor

I seem to be experiencing a strange issue with my product images. All product images loaded a while back display perfectly at 300×300.

When I check the HTML, it is a simple clean HTML tag referencing the 300×300 version of the image. Perfect!

The strange thing is, all the images I loaded over the past few days are displaying as 210×158. Also, when I check the HTML tag, is seems to be referencing the original image but even so, is not resizing the image properly.

I have checked the Woo settings and the it is set to 300.

Please advise as to where I can investigate this issue. I think I have checked everything and simply cannot figure out why these recent images are not referencing the 300×300 version of the image (which does exist, I have checked)

If you are not using the Visual Composer plugin then no need to use the Porto VC addon plugin as well, just simply deactivate the plugin and it resolved your issue.

After updating the latest version theme, the theme editor or plugin editor under Appearance is gone. I can not find this option to add the custom code snippets.

Missing style sheet error when installing the theme

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.
