Hi, I am trying to disable modal pop up box on top of our homepage, we are using Elementor editor.
We tried this https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/faq/home-page-newsletter-pop-up-modal-box-background-image-and-text-changing-or-removing-the-pop-up-modal-box-using-elementor-page-builder/ , we tried everything – the pop up box is not in Porto>Porto templates builder and not anywhere on home page as shown in your documentation. Is there another way we could disable it?

Is it simple to add a Mega Menu to the Shop area in Porto? such as showing the 5 or 6 Categories with their thumbnail images in the menu dropdown itself? We are being asked about a new website, and theirs has such a thing. Is it a simple option in Porto to enable it, or do we have to do it some other way?

Hi, I’m trying to port with Elementor, but I can’t find many widgets in the wpbakery version. for example the porto image frame ? not available on Elementor ? The port product categories widget has very few variations compared to wpbakery is this normal?

That is because we are in still development mode with the Elementor and the WP Bakery was with the theme from the very first day, so we will implement those features and elements soon with the Elementor page builder as well, it is on our to-do list…

Hi Porto, After placing the layout to from without sidebars to Wide. The image in the top (angel) have been reduced in the top and bottom automatically. Can I maintain the full image? how?

I’ve already bought this theme for another client and I’m considering buying another license, but, this time I have an issue I need to know if I can solve it without code since this time the client is the one who uploads the image and product information, So, the problem is that when uploading a product image in portrait (let’s say 800 width x1500 px height), in the front office product page the image keeps its original size, not resizing. Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images – the setting here don’t allow me set the maximum Height. All I whant is that the images are resized to fit 300×300. I know how to solve this with CSS but I want to avoid that. Is there any setting that I’m missing? Thank you!

If you want to change the layout of your complete site, you can from Porto >> Theme Options >> Layout: https://postimg.cc/pmSjkTR2
OR if you only want to change the home page layout then you have to edit the page and change the layout from page view options as per your requirements.

There is no such issue with our theme, this issue is only on your site and it must be the cache issue only, so please remove your server cache and then remove the site cache and finally check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

I already bought your theme. I imported Elementor demo – corporate 6. I can use a lot of features but why I can’t use for example counters on elementor demo? Do I need to use visual composer? I just want to only use elementor and use counters and more stuff from shortcodes but I dont want to use another or different page builder like WPBakery… How can I use all features from demo – corporate 6 on my site? I seem to be experiencing a strange issue with my product images. All product images loaded a while back display perfectly at 300×300.
When I check the HTML, it is a simple clean HTML tag referencing the 300×300 version of the image. Perfect!
The strange thing is, all the images I loaded over the past few days are displaying as 210×158. Also, when I check the HTML tag, is seems to be referencing the original image but even so, is not resizing the image properly.
I have checked the Woo settings and the it is set to 300.
Please advise as to where I can investigate this issue. I think I have checked everything and simply cannot figure out why these recent images are not referencing the 300×300 version of the image (which does exist, I have checked)

If you are not using the Visual Composer plugin then no need to use the Porto VC addon plugin as well, just simply deactivate the plugin and it resolved your issue.
