Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Purchase codes never expire and can be used to receive the latest theme updates at any time.
Your purchase code is your proof of ownership. If you or the client do not have access to it, I’d recommend getting in touch with the person who made the purchase for your website. All licensing/purchases are handled by themeforest so we as theme support do not have access to that information. As a last resort your client can get in touch with envato/themeforest support for their proof of purchase / purchase code.

Hi, I am having lots of issues with my site, specially the blog section after the latest update.
The only thing showing is the titles, all the text disappeared. (Same color as the background) I cannot be changing the color of 20+ entries if this may fail again in the future.

You shouldn’t have to adjust anything if you have valid values specified for the colors. Please see that you’re on the most recent v7.9.1 update and then flush any cache plugins you might have and test with the parent Avada theme active to see if it helps.

Hey there, is it right that you still don’t support light/dark menu styles that can be switched from one section to another? I’d need light menu items on dark background sections in addition to the normal header style.

You can always have different header for different pages using our custom header setup, however different header for each section in same page per say is not an option right now, what you can do is use sticky container and our visibility settings to make something similar.

I believe you meant version 7.9 as this is our latest updated version, regarding the widgets please make sure that you have the legacy widget area enabled under Avada > Global Options > Advanced > Features Tab

I got “Your support period has expired”. I do not want to pay for a download which I already paid for.
1. I only need the version 7.6.2. How can I download it? 2. ‘Side Navigation’ template is gone in 7.9. It broke completely our entire website (10k pages)! We have +/- 1.000 different unique vertical menu’s build with this template! Now the website is broken! So we can not upgrade to 7.9. We are not going rebuild the hole website page by page with “Avada’s Vertical Menu widgets”.
3. Can the ‘Side Navigation’ template be added to 7.9 if I will buy support?

Your screenshot was removed. I have installed a clean WP, uploaded and activated Avada 7.9. In first place I could see the ‘Side Navigation’ template when editing a page but after 10 min the ‘Side Navigation’ template was gone! @Ammar, Please confirm if I understand you correctly. We have paid for your product which has The ‘Side Navigation’ page template. Your team is going to depreciate it. It means that we have to create 1.000 new menus and edit 10K page on our website to make the change to “Avada Vertical Menu Widget”. Am I right?

We’ve actually added the improved alternate for Side Navigation template over 5 years ago in our Nov 2017’s release for Avada. The Side Navigation template is still included but as you’ll understand, some software features cannot be carried over indefinitely especially If there are better alternatives added. In this case our Vertical Menu widget offers a similar functionality but with improved flexibility.

This deprecation hasn’t taken place yet so none of your sites will stop working and if you work on new pages/projects, its a good time to try using the new Vertical Menu Widget approach.

I am not entirely sure which widget is in question here and why it is not showing up, this will require our team to take a closer look into your website, if widgets are already enabled and setup, they should come up where they are assigned using Avada Options, unless you are using a widget that is meant for specific pages such as archives, if you need us to take a closer look into this issue, kindly open a support ticket with our team.

Could you please guys check the following for me… Since I update to 7.9 the Element Blog >Exclude Categories no longer works. The order>Descending/Ascending no longer works… Is this something else you guys have turned off like the widgets? Do I need to turn something on again? No new plugins, no changes other than the update… Thank you
Also related post bug as mentioned by WKAH “Also, if you have mouse scroll, enable three duplicate posts will show when you scroll.” I can confirm this as well… If you click on the blank related post space, it will show you the same three posts over and over again. If you don’t click on it, they just don’t show up…
UPDATES: I hope this may help. This bug only shows up if you have less related posts than the number of related post you want to show… In my case it is set to 6 and in one category I only have three posts..

The category filter in blog element is working all fine and good for me without any issues, the descending and ascending orders are also working fine, regarding the related posts, please make sure that you have cleared your browser cache as well as regenerated critical CSS, if the issue persists please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What can we do, in the future, to report new bugs, without having to use this space here and having to go through the back and forth of “yes it is a bug, but I can’t see it at my end… not able to replicate the issue… bla, bla, bla..” every time we try to report a new bug?? You know, we are just trying to help, and not argue every time!
