That is not correct, Avada is 100% responsive and will take care of all your devices at once, the visibility and rendering options that we have given to our users are for additional requirements, this only gives customers more control over their content if they want specific content or specific layout / design on specific screen sizes.

Avada certainly does support up/cross sell

It would depend if you are trying to upsell or cross sell. Upsell would show on the products page (and so would related products) but if you are using cross sell then this shows on cart page and not the single product page. As you have mentioned cross-sell, please check this in the cart pages (when the product is added to the cart)

Yes, you can freely edit all the fields there or add new fields / field types in the Avada Form there.

As for double opt-in, yes, that is possible if you use e.g the Mailchimp integration feature for Avada Form as guided here:

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Purchase codes never expire and can be used to receive the latest theme updates at any time.

Your purchase code is your proof of ownership. If you or the client do not have access to it, I’d recommend getting in touch with the person who made the purchase for your website. All licensing/purchases are handled by themeforest so we as theme support do not have access to that information. As a last resort your client can get in touch with envato/themeforest support for their proof of purchase / purchase code.

You can always have different header for different pages using our custom header setup, however different header for each section in same page per say is not an option right now, what you can do is use sticky container and our visibility settings to make something similar.

@Ammar, Please confirm if I understand you correctly. We have paid for your product which has The ‘Side Navigation’ page template. Your team is going to depreciate it. It means that we have to create 1.000 new menus and edit 10K page on our website to make the change to “Avada Vertical Menu Widget”. Am I right?

We’ve actually added the improved alternate for Side Navigation template over 5 years ago in our Nov 2017’s release for Avada. The Side Navigation template is still included but as you’ll understand, some software features cannot be carried over indefinitely especially If there are better alternatives added. In this case our Vertical Menu widget offers a similar functionality but with improved flexibility.

This deprecation hasn’t taken place yet so none of your sites will stop working and if you work on new pages/projects, its a good time to try using the new Vertical Menu Widget approach.
