After updating from version version 5.3.1 to version version 5.3.6, the admin panel does not work.

Have you customized/modified the theme templates? As for a testing, we recommend you install the theme on a completely fresh WordPress environment. Please note, that the comments section here for pre-sale questions in general

Hello, in the theme announcement it says that it is fully translated professionally into 8 languages. Spanish is one of them. I have opened a ticket, to see how to activate, since topic chains tell me that they are 100% translated into Spanish but my website is half Spanish, half English and I don’t know where and how to translate the rest. They have closed my ticket saying that I have to configure the page in Spanish (it is in Spanish). And then translate with LOCO translate. I don’t understand, in the ticket it tells me that I have to translate and in the sale it tells me that it is translated.

The ready translations means that the basics will be translated. However, there will be static strings that should be manually translated from the admin side. As any language could include multiple variations of meanings, you need to translate those static strings from your end. By default, the theme and external plugins are in English. However, the theme and plugins are ready for translations. You can change your site’s main language under the WordPress dashboard > settings > general > site language section. It is recommended to use the Loco Translate plugin in order to properly set translations in the site, via this plugin you can properly organize translations of static strings of the theme and external plugins (Motors Extends, Motors listings, Motors WP Bakery Widgets, Motors Elementor Widgets). So, you can make your site in any language. Please make sure that you have created an inventory page and set the inventory page in the theme options. For example >>> https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/theme-options/inventory-settings

After setting the Inventory archive page, you need to resave your site permalinks as well, under the WordPress dashboard > settings > permalinks section (to post name) changes.

Hey, we cant access the Admin dashboard https://usedevs.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stm-admin-plugins#core .. after all update themes then remove and install stm-post-type’ and ‘stm-motors-extends via FTP. Still no Luck!

No access to the WordPress Dashboard after WordPress update?

2. Unzip the motors.zip archive you downloaded from ThemeForest.

3. Connect to your WordPress site via FTP/Cpanel and navigate to the following directory: ”.../wp-content/themes/”.

4. Now that you have unzipped the motors folder in Step 2 and found the themes directory in Step 3, upload the motors folder into the themes directory. (You need to accept the replacement).

5. Then navigate to the following directory: ”.../wp-content/plugins/” and remove the folders called ‘stm-post-type’ and ‘stm-motors-extends’.

6. Connect to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins.

7. Select the STM Post Type and STM Motors Extends plugins and click Install via Bulk Actions.

Get Fatal Error after the STM Post Type update to v4.5.6?

1. Login to your ThemeForest profile and download the Motors package (All files & documentation).

2. Unzip the motors package and navigate to the Bundled Plugins folder.

3. In the Bundled Plugins folder, find the STM Motors Extends plugin zip archive.

1. Could you clarify what demo layout you are using? Is it a Motors Listing types, with different listing types? Or just Classified demo?

2. It can be removed with custom CSS. You can use the custom CSS below under the appearance > customize > CSS section to remove the Location section from Add a Car module >

Any word on next WPBakery Page Builder update ?

Plugins like WP Bakery page builder are not free in general. We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them in our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restrictions. All the updates we will include with the theme regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update

Hi, I’ve just bought the theme my question is about if I can test it with a domain and then installed in another domain, I mean the one is goint to works with ? the last domain is working and I cant put it offline until I finish the new site design, that’s why I wanted to test it in one domain first. Yes, you can use one for testing and one for a live site. Note, that you can activate the license key only for one live domain by default. If you want to use the key on a completely different domain, you need to deactivate the key from the old domain. Latest update has drastically killed the speed of my wordpress dashboard. Frontend seems fine but it takes minutes to navigate the worpress dashboard. Any particular reason? Didn’t happen till I updated everything.

Mostly it comes due to extra third-party plugins. As we didn’t get any performance restriction on our testing site in the back-end, we recommend you check the issue by deactivating your child theme (if you have), and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins

Very critical” Pay per listings are not showing on dealers’ dashboard. All pay-per-listing items not showing on dealer dashboard inventory https://prnt.sc/0PRJoLHrTgZ- They only show on front-end inventory but not on dealers’ dashboard inventory. They do not appear there at all. They show on front-end inventory.

Now even if the dealer wants to edit or feature pay-per-listing ads, he can’t because they do not appear on the dashboard.

Make sure that you have updated the theme and updated/activated/installed all the theme external plugins as well. After it, we recommend you check by deactivating child theme (if you have) and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins.

tried that updated the theme and the home page is still blank? we didnt change anything and the home page is now blank the rest of the pages are on, same with another site we used your theme on went down with your update, do i have to keep fixing your theme for customers wasting my time, so many bugs in this theme, none of the car technical bits we show just doesnt work, we have paid for the app lets see how buggy that is

I noticed that the “Call To Action” element within a page builder on homepage is not properly aligned vertically when choosing “Equal height” option within “Inner Row Settings”. How to fix this issue? There is a problem with setting an equal height of rows/columns within a “Call To Action” page builder element. When I either turn on or turn off an equal height option, it does not change anything at all.

This issue appears on some devices, depending on their resolutions/sizes or when you try to resize the browser’s size/width.

i’m not able to access the backend after this update, i’m getting ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS & i seem to be constantly redirected to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=stm-admin-plugins#core i’ve done the obvious, cleared cache/cookies & have tried in different browsers etc. what can i do please?

i’ve restored 5.3.4 which has restored access to the dashboard. is this a known issue? is there a fix coming in the next version?
