Can you answer on Ticket ?

Thank you for your reminder. I should inform you that, our ticket system works 24/7 and that means that you can create tickets at any time. All the created tickets will be checked and replied to you according to the ticket created special ID queue and assigned individually to our support managers. However, there will be delays as tickets will be in the checking stages on business days. The delay will be different due to the weekends and holidays in general. The maximum delay will vary depending on factors that we have pointed out, the maximum delay could be 48 hours after the assignment to a manager. Note that the delay could be variable as we are located in different time zones, so take it into consideration as well.

We can confirm that the theme doesn’t include such kind of strange issue by default as we have checked our customer’s live websites as well as we have checked our own live preview sites. We recommend you check the issue by deactivating your child theme (if you have) and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins as well. If the issue will be still there, we recommend you check your server error logs. As for testing purposes, we can recommend you install the theme on your own local host as well. With proper server limits and a fresh WordPress environment, there should not be such kind of cases

By default, there is no need for you to install the theme plugins, you just need to install a demo layout and the demo import will automatically install all the needed plugins for the demo layout. Please note, most of the images will be replaced due to the license. If you want to use the demo images on your site you need to purchase them separately from fotolia.com. Moreover, you can easily change them with your custom images by editing the page

hi there, i’m still stuck on version 5.3.4. i’ve tried updating manually via FTP/cPanel (based on feedback from you) but i’m then unable to get to the dashboard to update the plugins. “too many redirects”. i have tried to access the dashboard via multiple browsers & incognito windows – same issue. can i update those plugins via FTP/cPanel (rather than the WP dashboard) or will this cause issues? why am i getting the too many redirects error? no caching or security plugins were enabled during the process.

Mostly, the too many redirections issue comes from different ways, it needs to check server error logs and re-check by deactivating the server’s extra modules or tools (if active). Yes, you can update the plugins manually as well, for it, we can recommend you just install the theme on your own local host with the fresh WordPress environment and with the needed server limits, after it, import the same demo layout that you are using in your live domain when you will install demo layout on your local host, it will automatically install all the demo layout needed plugins with the latest version, so you will be able to take those plugins and use in your live domain

At the moment only these demo layouts can be used with the Elementor > CAR DEALERSHIP ONE, CLASSIFIED ONE, CAR DEALERSHIP TWO, CLASSIFIED FOUR and CLASSIFIED THREE. On Question 3+4, I will have garages signing up through the website & I will have a package that charges a monthly fee for subscription. Can I configure these in the website or do i need an extra plugin for this? So I will want a garage to sign up & then pay through the website that will be linked to Stripe. Is this possible?

I updated the theme and i got the same issue again. After the last theme update, all pages in WP Admin are empty on the right side. what is happened and how can i fix the issue? I can’t access the dashboard, and i got the following redirect after i tried to login: ......wp-admin/admin.php?page=stm-admin-plugins#core. So the issue is with your plugins and the theme. And when i tried to rename theme then the site is working. The error and the problem with the blank pages happened because your theme. The error is coming by your theme and plugins motors-wpbakery-widgets and also breadcrumb-navxt. If i will rename these plugins and your theme then i can access the wp dashboard. Please, Can do ask your support to find the error and fix this issue. Site backend has become useless after the latest “update”, (Shows nav but the dashboard pages are BLANK). Hosting company says “The theme “motors” is causing a pluggable.php error”. Of course the only way to get any support from Stylemix is to ay for MORE support since ours has expired. Great business model, build buggy themes then charge people to fix it.

Try to follow these suggestions, no access to the WordPress Dashboard after WordPress update? In this case;
Login to your ThemeForest profile and download the latest version of the Motors Theme. The following steps outlined in this manual show you how to do that – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/general/included-files#how-to-download-motors-theme
Unzip the motors.zip archive you downloaded from ThemeForest.
Connect to your WordPress site via FTP/Cpanel and navigate to the following directory: ”.../wp-content/themes/”.
Now that you have unzipped the motors folder in Step 2 and found the themes directory in Step 3, upload the motors folder into the themes directory. (You need to accept the replacement).
Then navigate to the following directory: ”.../wp-content/plugins/” and remove the folders called ‘stm-post-type’ and ‘stm-motors-extends’.
Connect to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins.
Select the STM Post Type and STM Motors Extends plugins and click Install via Bulk Actions.
Get Fatal Error after the STM Post Type update to v4.5.6?
Login to your ThemeForest profile and download the Motors package (All files & documentation).
Unzip the motors package and navigate to the Bundled Plugins folder.

Find the stm-motors-extends folder and remove it. Upload the unzipped stm-motors-extends folder in Step 2 to the ”.../wp-content/plugins/” directory.
