There is only one global Inventory page in the theme by default, there is no option to have inventory pages separately. All listings will be in the global inventory, and new and old published listings

I have an issue with the vehicle gallery on my website. Basically when I press next or prev buttons it moves the next image just by half like in this screenshot https://ibb.co/yqgrz7q

Also it doesn’t slide up to the final image but just to the first 3. I noticed the same issue occurs with your classified 4 demo.

How to solve this?

PS: I already tried the support website but whenever I enter the purchase code it says that it has already been used which is impossible given than the theme was bought a couple of days ago.

It could be due to several reasons, we recommend you check by deactivating your child theme (if you have) and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins as well.

According to the support site, please try to log in with the Login with Envato button, here you will need to use the same credentials that you have used while purchasing the theme, the support site will automatically synchronize

Users cannot view the Profile page or their dashboard to view edit their own listings. Once logged in and clicking on the user profile or My items link on the frontend menu, it just takes them to the homepage. None of the ”/author/username” links actually go to the profile page, they are all redirecting to the homepage. Please advise.

It could be due to several reasons, we recommend you check by deactivating your child theme (if you have) and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins as well, and re-check by resaving permalinks in the WordPress settings as well

This issue was found and due to the Yoast SEO plugin which had the Author Archives setting disabled. This is what was redirecting back to the homepage. Once it was re-enabled, user dashboards work correctly again. Thank you!

We recommend you check the issue by deactivating your child theme (if you have) and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins as well. If the issue will be still there, we recommend you check your server error logs. As for testing purposes, we can recommend you install the theme on your own local host as well. With proper server limits and a fresh WordPress environment, there should not be such kind of cases

I purchased your theme and installed the equipment demo and it doesn’t look like the demo, styles all messed up. I entered a ticket but noone has responded.

I just did everything you told me and reset all the values, reset my database and reinstalled and same thing. I have to get this project started,

It could be that the server is not letting the styles be uploaded, have you tried to install the theme on your own local host? It is highly recommended to re-check server error logs

By default, there is no need for you to install the theme plugins, you just need to install a demo layout and the demo import will automatically install all the needed plugins for the demo layout. Please note, most of the images will be replaced due to the license. If you want to use the demo images on your site you need to purchase them separately from fotolia.com. Moreover, you can easily change them with your custom images by editing the page

hi there, i’m still stuck on version 5.3.4. i’ve tried updating manually via FTP/cPanel (based on feedback from you) but i’m then unable to get to the dashboard to update the plugins. “too many redirects”. i have tried to access the dashboard via multiple browsers & incognito windows – same issue. can i update those plugins via FTP/cPanel (rather than the WP dashboard) or will this cause issues? why am i getting the too many redirects error? no caching or security plugins were enabled during the process.

Yes, you can update the plugins manually as well, for it, we can recommend you just install the theme on your own local host with the fresh WordPress environment and with the needed server limits, after it, import the same demo layout that you are using in your live domain when you will install demo layout on your local host, it will automatically install all the demo layout needed plugins with the latest version, so you will be able to take those plugins and use in your live domain

And I don’t know how it works with our local currency (CLP) and if this template affects in any way the payment method, maybe we can’t use any payment gateway or else.

WooCommerce has an integration with Transbank https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/transbank-webpay-plus-rest/ But I don’t know if this template requires any specific plugin for payment or any payment method supported by WooCommerce it will work

On Question 3+4, I will have garages signing up through the website & I will have a package that charges a monthly fee for subscription. Can I configure these in the website or do i need an extra plugin for this? So I will want a garage to sign up & then pay through the website that will be linked to Stripe. Is this possible?

I updated the theme and i got the same issue again. After the last theme update, all pages in WP Admin are empty on the right side. what is happened and how can i fix the issue? I can’t access the dashboard, and i got the following redirect after i tried to login: ......wp-admin/admin.php?page=stm-admin-plugins#core. So the issue is with your plugins and the theme. And when i tried to rename theme then the site is working. The error and the problem with the blank pages happened because your theme. The error is coming by your theme and plugins motors-wpbakery-widgets and also breadcrumb-navxt. If i will rename these plugins and your theme then i can access the wp dashboard. Please, Can do ask your support to find the error and fix this issue. I created the ticket before 4 days ago. when i used the debug define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); and i disable the plugins plugins motors-wpbakery-widgets and also breadcrumb-navxt , then i could login.
