I will have some questions regarding the operation of the store (WooCommerce) on Bridge:
1) Is Bridge compatible with WooCommerce version 7?
2) Does the WooCommerce integration support product variants (e.g. size, color)? Is it possible to see somewhere in the demo how it looks like?
3) Is it possible to see the filtration of products in the side menu somewhere (e.g. color, size)? If not, are there filtration plugins that Bridge is compatible with?

1. Yes it is compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce.
2. You can see our product variable single presented here: https://bridgelanding.qodeinteractive.com/product/variable-product/ Color is not present though but can be achieved with some third party plugin.
3. The filter is present here https://bridgelanding.qodeinteractive.com/shop/with-filter/ and we have not added size and color filter within it but it can possibly be achieved with some third party plugin. Do note that we have not tested third party plugins and cannot guaranty theme compatibility.

Thanks for writing in! We use jQuery 3.6.1 and CSS3 is it is what you refer to. Also the theme is compatible and ready for WP 6.1 and PHP 8.
Please note that a bit demanding resources are needed in order to run a premium theme. Some of those parameters are important only for the demo import. Also, you could try the XML demo import, which is lighter and can be performed with less than required server resources. Hi I have submitted a ticked on you help center but I’ve gotten this message: “Support for “Bridge – Creative Multipurpose WordPress Theme” item has expired.”
It is a problem importing the template and the hosting have any control over the theme settings as it’s a 3rd party.
I’m able to import the temple, but it appears broken. Hosting: WordPress version is 6.1 and the PHP version is up to 8.0 The template I’m working with is “bridge 180”
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi there, I’ve checked my resources, and the hosting help guys also did it for me. I also imported the demo content with your XML file, which looked broken. The help center from the hosting did it from their end and looked broken. According to them, it might be a problem with the template. QODE help center doesn’t give support at least I pay 60$ again. It should be an easy way to import a template, isn’t it? Any chance to get some help with it, please? Cheers!

If your support license has expired you can always extend it. The import has been tested on our end and it worked both with One Click demo import and XML without any broken elements. So please check your resources, try to clear the database and import the demo once again, having all the plugins active for this particular demo.

Hi! I try to import “Nurse Home” theme but it get stuck at 8%, 24%, 88%. I get this notification “Please note that your server resources are not configured properly so you might run into an issue during the demo import process. Please adjust your server configuration values.” What settings are missing from my server? Sometimes i succeed importing the theme, but there is no front page, the pages are not displayed correctly.

Hello. Already did that. i have spoken with the hosting company. everything it s ok. I also asked you what kind of special settings do i need in my server settings, and you reply without answering specificaly. I have read through the comment section and noticed that you had the same problems last week with other customers and it seems that is something from your servers.. i really don t know at this point. I had all the good intentions to work on resolving this issue. At this point all i want it s a refund and move on. thank you for your time

Hello, I would like to change the “Drag” that is displayed on the carousels when the mouse passes over the image in my language (my site is in two languages). But I didn’t find where to change it. Is it a css modification with a background image or should I modify a js file? I didn’t find it in the translation PO file either. You should keep in mind that in case you used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation.

This theme is not compatible with latest version of php, right now bitnami wordpress on lightsail comes with php version 8.1.13. it does not work. please update the theme.

I have missed one major option in your theme. There is no any option of Hover Text Background Color for 1st level menu and 2nd level menu dropdown. In other author’s themes I have found these option but in yours there is no such option to design dropdown menu
