My problem is I tried to recreate Architecture 2 side bars like in your demo (which failed to recreate when I install the demo) and accidentally deleted the sidebar under Sidebar Generator. Now everything is in haywire. How can I recover the default side bar? Thanks
I found more bugs. Your “Projects” and “Services” are bugged. There is no “the_content” function in your templates, making them useless

Ok, thank you, but I hope this is a temporary solution. It is not ideal to install a plugin for capabilities that already exist in Wordpress. There should not exist any conflicts with your theme.

Actually, that feature works with the default theme but not with every theme, especially the premium themes has their own functions related to the Menu, and that makes this bulk select unavailable, so that is the reason I asked you to write it as a feature request OR use the plugin.

Plugin Porto Theme – Functionality not work in php 8.0 – please fix it

This could be because of any other third party plugin conflict with the PHP version 8, Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and provide us the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customziation as well. I also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us a well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

You can use the Slider Revolution plugin for it, it comes bundled with the theme package, and you can Install it from Appearance >> Install Plugins.

If you compare your site with our Demo site, you will find the extra p tag on your site, here are the screenshots: https://postimg.cc/v4xBVmVR https://postimg.cc/bdvqnv76 and that extra p tag is generating the issue on your site, so you have to go to WP-Dashboard >> Contact and edit the partiular form from there, and simply remove that p tag, and it will resolve your issue.
2. Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

And then check back again, I hope this will resolve your issue.

Firstly, we are really Sorry for all the inconvenience that you had to face in this regard.
Regarding the Visual Composer plugin, the thing is actually after every Update of this Plugin, a compatibility issue arises with almost every Theme that’s why all the major Themes are discontinuing this Plugin and are moving to future-best Plugin (i.e. Elementor and WPBAKERY). We are also doing the same so that your Site doesn’t get distorted every time when the VC plugin update arises. That’s why we have removed the Plugin compatibility with the Theme and soon enough we will also remove the VC plugin from the Theme package and it will no more be supported too. So, we would kindly like to apologize to you first that you will have to go through this process but it would be a humble request to you that please move to Elementor or WPBAKERY page builder Plugin and import any of the Demo of your choice with these Page Builder plugins on a fresh new WP install so that you can avoid hassle-free environment in terms of Site Development. We know it would be difficult for you to start all over again but we want to assure you, it will be worth it. We are looking forward for your positive response and appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation in this regard.

We suggest you to please try to Install the fresh new WordPress and then Install the Theme and Theme required/recommended plugins on it, after that import the Demo with WP Bakery on it as per your requirements, and then you can copy the changes from old site to new site.

We’ve an urgent issue with your theme which stops Us from updating the site. None of the theme options seems to be saving and we’re getting “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.” error. It was not an issue in the previous versions. Opened request with support but still no reply.
We did and your expert is not being helpful at all and we cant update an important company website.

Lots of new bugs with the new versions of : Archive post grid. Porto Post grid
Archive post grid: Pagination does not work, no element is shown apart from those entered in the Count per page field.
Porto post grid: Filtering by category doesn’t work for any category.
The other old widgets Porto Blog and Porto recent article have been deprecated by you.
I did a thorough debugging, deactivated all plugins except porto and wpbakery. I cleared the cache via server.
I have opened 2 tickets, 1 for more than 10 days.
But no solution was found and I can’t work.
