Hi, i just updated the theme and now the theme options have disappeared. Whats going on? I see others have the same issue and all you ask is to pay for support.

Envato sets the guidelines for support, and we are required to uphold them. You can find Theme Options in the globals tab in Cornerstone, however if you have any product questions, you will need to renew support.

I updated X and cornerstone this morning. Now for my website my font has switched to Times New Roman. How can I have it reset to what it is was? I purchased X a couple of years ago on Themeforest, so I have a licence but no support. Still I do not understand why an update changes the font. Can you help out?

Also I searched the forum and read your docs but I cannot find the X themesettings anymore in the website. In my website there is no X > Theme settings option as mentioned in your documentation. Also cornerstone indicates “No active document”...

Why should I renew my support if the issue is caused by the update of your theme? Little bit strange right? I expect my website not to change after an update of the theme and plugins that go with it…

Sites can change for a host of reasons after an update, many of which don’t have to do with the theme but something done to the theme (a customization or 3rd party plugin are the two main culprits). If your fonts have changed you can easily change them in the font manager. Beyond that, a member of the team would be happy to take a look in the support forum.

That’s the theme I’d be interested in. If this can be done without any programming, then I’ll purchase. However, if this requires any significant effort, then I would have to pass unfortunately.
Just updated X template and Cornerstone to the latest version. Since then, there is no option to add Essential Grid or Slider Revolution element from Cornerstone builder. Both of the extensions are installed and activated on my website but there is no option to use them from the builder.
Where can I select that option?
I’m not sure if I’ll get any help here since my support is expired, but I’m wondering why plugin activation of The Grid plugin won’t work. Every time (going on for days) I try to activate it with the personal token, it says “An unknown API error occurred from Envato.” What is the issue here? Do I have to reinstall the plugin and lose all my grids?

my site https://steveharland.co.uk/ shows Helvetica in the cornerstone back end as the chosen font, but after the update now shows Times New Roman on the actual website. Can you let us know when things will be ok to update. The 7.01 cornerstone errors, the next one 7.02 errors, the update breaks the theme.
Now I see in the chat here, it is not compatible with 6.1. Thanks for the warning all of us that the theme was not ready for 6.1. you would think an easy email to your purchasers might be in order. You dropped the ball on this one.

It is never advisable to update a theme on a live site without testing in a staging environment first. While we always keep our products supported on the latest versions of WordPress, as we are working through a launch cycle there are issues to address (even with extensive testing ahead of time which we do with hundreds of customers in our beta group). You can follow the Release Notes post for the latest news throughout and if you’d like to wait until the end of the cycle when we announce the stability release (the final point release of the cycle), you are welcome to do that.

Updated yesterday to 10.0.1 and Cornerstone 7.0.1. Child/dropdown navigation menu’s no longer working on mobile (work as expected on desktop).

Is theme ready for wp 6.1? Can we safe update?
I was under the impression when I upgraded to pro that support was included. I wouldn’t have gone with pro had I known support was not included for life as well.

Support is included for 12 months from time of purchase (6 months if purchased on ThemeForest per their guidelines).
I took free offer and upgraded to Pro licence however the pro cloud content is minuscular when compared to a few years back X version. I need to release Pro licence and get back to X, not allowed. How do I roll back to originally purchased X with its own licence code? I can confirm that content in cloud templates is not what when I purchased the X a few years ago. I need to retrieve back the templates I developed my old site from. you still show them in ad, complete website pages to start modification from. those advertised are not in wordpress backend Design Cloud at all!!! There are 28 basic element holders.

The only time a license wouldn’t validate properly is if it is already in use on another site (and a validated subdomain can not be used for a separate 3rd party site just for a development environment for the main production site).

I have recently stumbled upon an issue that I first saw after I have bought the theme. I went with another solution at that point, but now I was wandering if there is any solving to this, as it never worked: I simply can’t make conditional rules in checkout manager to work, I try to load a field after a certain value in another field and it still doesn’t work. Is there any way to make conditional rules work?
