hey, i love the updates and the direction you guys are headed cant wait to see a new theme for entertainment or a business directory.. keep up the great work!

question i was advised a while ago to delete and reinstall cornerstone if i had issues .. well its not popping up in the prompt like it used to saying a new version of cornerstone or cornerstone is required .. where to i force trigger that?

after a month the site works fine but i can’t login. back end is blocked by error message Fatal error : Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 266240 bytes) in /home/mhd-01/www.emilialeonelli.it/htdocs/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 292

i moved all plugins via ftp… didn’t solve the problem

opened a ticket at the service provider TOPHOST… just replied that if it’s not the plugins… is the theme sucking memory.

so what’s next? i move the theme folder via ftp and see if i can access the backend? thanks!

That wouldn’t be an issue with the theme based on that path, and if you are experiencing a memory leak issue, that is something your host would have to troubleshoot with as there is nothing in the theme that would cause that.

There appears to be an issue with the Cornerstone Builder. When I attempt to update a page, I am seeing the page’s contents sections duplicated, however on the front end it appears normally. I have the latest version of the theme, the page builder, and WordPress. I ever had many other plugins enabled, but I disabled the other plugins and the issue still persists. Also still persists regardless of which PHP version is used.

Hello, I have narrowed down the cause to being Cloudflare. When I enable development mode in Cloudflare which bypasses their caching system, Cornerstone works as expected. However when Cloudflare is on, then Cornerstone shows elements on my page as duplicated in the backend only, and not the front end. Any ideas? Have you tested your theme with Cloudflare?

We have not seen any issues with Cloudflare as many customers use it, so it sounds like something else may be going on.

I know my support expired. Since I purchased the theme I hardly asked for support in recent years.

I identified an issue with cornerstone js file. The total CPU time, script evaluation and blocking time for cornerstone js file has shot up since the last update (tested using pagespeed insights).

I will assume you have received complaints from clients regarding the page load speed and the above is the most likely issue.

Please confirm the developers are aware of the issue and that an update will be released to address it.

I even purchased a Copy of Cornerstone after buying X – cause I thought I had to – Now I see it was supposed to be included. So I wasted extra money and my site still isn’t working!

I am locked out of 5 sites atm. I have licenses for all of them. But no matter what I do I cannot login to X theme to register. I have tried the “reset my password” and that hasn’t worked either. Completely stalled here and need assistance asap please. Not the troubleshooting I wanted when I have 5 sites I need to update and bring back online. What a mess this update has been.

There is a problem with cornerstone js file after the latest update that addresses wordpress 6.2 update.

I think it is increasing the blocking time significantly even though its loading in the body and other things.

It may be related to the theme itself but I suspect it is cornerstone.

Run your site on pagespeed.web.dev, compare it with the previous version of wordpress, theme and cornerstone to the the latest versions.

I would like to know if you are aware of it and whether it is being addressed.

The only change to the latest version was to address a bug introduced by WordPress core changes in 6.2. We have not observed any difference as the problem fixed in the latest version was very narrow in scope. As always, we are continually improving the codebase as new features are added and improved, however there is no issue with this hotfix that we have seen at this time.

Which is the latest version. I have version 10.1.9 installed on my site but your item details page says 10.1.6 and I just received an email from Envato saying that you have another update for 3/22/2023. When IO do an update in the back-end of WordPress it tells me I have the latest version.Could you clarify what is what here?

Can’t find the info on the theme help/chat whatever that “support” thing is that you have with the theme. Where is the “top menu” code in your theme admin section so I can make the height higher and change the color. I have searched everywhere in the Cornerstone section. “Church theme” Thank you.

Hello! Cornerstore seems to be up to date (Version 7.1.5) but the site doesn´t work anymore. If I deactivate this plugin, the site works but the theme needs this plugin to display everything correctly. Thank you.

Unable to recover password to login to your support system

Hi there I am unable to login to theme.co to deregister my license key. I no longer have access to the site itself and need to rebuild on a different URL. Upon attempting to access theme.co’s support forum, no password reset email arrives. I then tried to register again only to find ” email already exists”. I have sent an email to yourselves also. If I cannot access either the site or your support forums, it is impossible to install the theme that i paid for. Would it be possible to look into this? details mailed to your email address. Hi, I just updated the theme a few days ago, and there are few errors with the theme that have suddenly emerged after doing so. My theme was in perfect condition prior to updating. I purchased the theme for two of my websites, and on both websites I’m running into similar issues. I can see other users are experiencing issues after updating as well.

On my one website, all the text has changed to Time New Roman, and I cannot change anything else when I try. The post carousel in the Ethos stack is no appearing at all as well. On my other website, the Post Slider on the home page does not appear at all. I am using the Ethos stack on the website as well.

I can see under all the other user’s comments who have raised issues, you are telling people to pay for support. But that’s a little unfair when everything was working fine prior to running the update that you guys put out. What can I do about this?

It is very common for issues to come up around the time of an update, many of which have to do with how the them has been customized or conflicts with custom code and third party plugins. We track all known issues with the theme itself on our Release Notes post for each cycle. Those are issues that are specific to the theme that are going to be fixed. If you would like direct support you will need to renew your support in line with Envato’s policies. They set the rules, and we do not have any control over them.
