My host, Kinsta, updated to PHP 8 and now porto is throwing errors. I’m using the latest update.

I removed the domain name and ip from the error.

Same issue with zero plugins activated. I also noticed it won’t let me update porto functionality plugin. It tells me failed, purchase code not activated. However I have 6 months support still active and my setup wizard tells me the purchase code is valid.

Hi Team.

As you know i’ve commented a few times as I use your theme quite often for client websites. I have however come across a major issue with your theme that needs to be rectified.

Your theme does not work with Booking WP, probably one of the best booking plugins online. https://bookingwp.com/

I have a fairly raw site in development stage, and something in porto is impacting the ability to see available times in the calendar, on a particular product.

Please see attached video and please rectify or I will have to start using a different theme (e.g beTheme seems to work just fine with BookingWP, why doesn’t porto? a more superior theme in my other ways). I Really don’t want to have to redevelop the whole site on another theme because of porto not supporting something fairly simple!

Testing Completed: - Changed theme to twenty twenty three – works as expected - Changed theme to beTheme – works as expected - Changed theme to Porto – times do not show after clicking an appointment date.

Very nice theme.. I need some help please.. I am using Porto Posts Grid in the front page of my website but the images are blur. Although I am uploading big images, the template uses a smaller size, and because of the zoom effect, they are getting even blur.. Any ideas ? thanks!

Hello, I installed Soisy payments gateway (https://wordpress.org/plugins/soisy-pagamento-rateale/) but it doesn’t show as an option at checkout. Other payments type appears correctly (direct bank transfer and cash on delivery). Any clue?

Please try to change the Checkout Type under Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart & Checkout Pages, If that will not solve your issue then that might be the conflict with the plugin, and for that extra Customization required which is not covered in the theme support policy.

Please go to Appearance >> Menu and click on the Screen Option showing at the right top corner of the screen and then check to the options you want to show beside Menu and it will appear so just check yes Product categories from there and you will find it beside menu.

My hosting provider has default PHP version 7.1.33 and highest PHP version 7.4.12, database MySQL version 5.7.25. Will your theme, demos and plugins (like page builders WPbakery and Elementor) work with this hosting settings?

1. Yes you can simply create the store and set the products as tickets.

2. By default there is no such possible option for it, as it is coming from the WooCommerce, so you can customize it easily, please refer to the below-listed articles:

Hi Porto, I found something strange here: I have a despixelled image: I putted in main image 530×530. But clicking inspect in my page url I found that this image is rendered size: 632×632. But the original is 530×530. I don’t know what image dimensions frame are the recomended by Porto in the main product Image. 632×632 ? I went to apparence – woocommerce and placed 530.

Please try to regenerate the image thumbnails after changing the size and check back again after clearing the browser cache, Please go to WooCommerce >> Status >> Tools and click on “Regenerate shop thumbnails” and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

If you are talking about the Single Product Main Image then you should have to change the size from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/GH2j3ZdP

And yes you can regenerate the thumbnails using the plugin as well as shown in your provided screenshot.
