1. You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.
And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.
You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

If you want to create your site using our theme on staging site first and then move on the final domain, you can do it using a single license but for that you have to unregister the license first from the staging site and then you will be able to activate the theme again on final domain.

Home page content disappear after Porto theme update “You have version 6.4.1 installed. Update to 6.8.1.”
after updating the theme, home page is gone, you can only see the website logo and menu but nothing after that. other pages on the website works just fine.
How can I resolve this issue?

Please make sure that you have updated and activated the Porto Functionality plugin as well, Otherwise, Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customziation as well. we also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

Yes you can, please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Breadcrumbs and turn ON to show the “Show Custom Post Type Archives Link” from there, save changes and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Hi, I have problems with your theme, none of the woocommerce gateway plugins works (I tried the official paypal payments, stripe, woocommerce payments) and no one works. I contacted Paypal and everything is fine with my account. My ssl is okay, php version is updated. I deactiveted all the plugins except for woocommerce and paypal payments and it still doesn’t work. The error is: “[Error] Unknown error while connecting to PayPal. Status code: 0.” I switched to the default theme of wordpress (Twenty Twenty, but I tried also Generate Press and Storefront Theme) and payments work. So I’m asking you for help with your theme. Can you help me? Or I need to buy the support?

Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
These products cannot be specified in the admin, but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.

We don’t use any tags for products. But we are using categories. So, as you have mentioned above, related products should be displayed within the category.
This is an example product in our website: https://www.eser.lk/eser-marketing-international/home-fitness/treadmill-g-6260-pioneer-s2/Category is HOME FITNESS, TREADMILLS
But the related products displayed from another categories such as HOME FITNESS, EXERCISE BIKES, SPIN BIKE… etc.
Not sure it’s displayed because the main category of “HOME FITNESS”.
Do I need to group them using tags to display related products in a more accurate way?

Yes you have to, please try with grouping and tags, otherwise try to reach our to the WooCommerce support on it, as this is purely the WooCommerce functionality and our theme does not have any influence on it.

Hi, I really like the features of the theme, however I am missing some features that I would like to use to build my website. You have to create a new Portfolio Category, then create a new Portfolio item and assign it to the Portfolio Category.
After that please create a new page and use the Porto Portfolio Categories element on it and set it as per your requirements.
Finally set that page as Portfolio Archive page under Porto >> Theme Options >> Portfolio and it will work for you.
