The social counter block plugin has broken on this theme. Latest theme doesn’t correct it. Please fix. td_block_social_counter in edit mode it claims the plugin is not turned active and shortcode is missing, but it is on.
Problem seems to be with tagDiv Composer itself, since when I try to edit the page the scroll down side bar is gone and if I didn’t have a touch screen then I wouldn’t be able to scroll at all
update on this, looks like you guys made this an optional plugin which for some reason wasn’t automatically installed anymore.

The social counter is indeed an optional plugin. It will be installed automatically if a demo requires it, when installing the demo. Is there a way to make this process (saving pages, templates, export and import them) easier instead of copying everything manually?

That can only be done manually. The theme does have an import/export option in the theme panel, but that is only for the theme panel settings https://prnt.sc/odJPt0ZHMiB9 For the website content, like pages, templates, etc. there’s no similar option unfortunately. These can be moved by copy/paste, but it may take some time if there are a lot of them. I am sorry for the inconvenience. This can only be done if you use a single post template – https://forum.tagdiv.com/single-post-shortcodes/ from the cloud for articles, it can be edited with tagDiv Composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ and the ad can be set after whatever element you want.

That’s not an issue caused by the license. There must be something else that causes the problem, probably the server configuration. We have to will investigate it to try and find the cause. The demo you mention uses this plugin https://prnt.sc/at5WgQlSMUzc which is now available in the theme plugins panel. The plugin will add a CPT and taxonomies, and also a special module that can be used in the flex loop and flex block x https://prnt.sc/FY0by-pJijyY That module is custom made and can display custom fields and taxonomies. It can be modified to display your own information. However, we are in the process of creating a new feature for the theme, which will make part of this much easier. We will add the option to build a module with the composer, so then you can add custom fields and taxonomies to it by drag and drop. It shouldn’t take much longer until this new feature will be finished, tested and added. But if you would like to get started as soon as possible, we will help. That is possible. That CPT belongs to the east coast plugin, it will require a modification in the plugin. That is most likely a caching/CDN issue. It depends on the caching used on the website, and how it is configured. Normally most caches are cleared automatically when new content is published on the website. I suggest checking what caching is active on the website, and how it is configured. NewsPaper is a totally inadequate template being updated. I’ve never seen a template that even uninstalls in the settings every time you update it, it’s inconceivable! In addition to updating plugins I often have to reset theme, translations, thumbs and so on because it loses settings! When to take action?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. That is not a normal thing to happen, the theme should never lose the theme panel settings. But in case something does happen with the theme panel, we have added backups that can be restored https://prnt.sc/f3cDZ4p3lKEn Also, assuming this is happening when using the automatic theme update, you could update the theme manually, via wordpress or using a file manager. I’m not sure however why you have to also reset the theme panel. I know the demo with the listing only works on the one demo, however, I’m wondering if this feature can cross demos yet? Using listings or features that are seen in the demos that showcase them, can actually be used regardless of the demo. The subscription plugin can be used regardless of which demo is installed. The paywall/membership demos are simply for showcasing the features of the plugin. Using one of these demos just makes it a little bit easier, as the pages that the subscription plugin uses are imported with it for example. But they are also available separately in the cloud library https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Pages Basically parts from all the demos are available in the cloud library. We are actually considering many new features for the theme. We are always looking to add more useful features. We know that other themes have features our theme does not, it goes both ways. But in the end, every website owner has to decide which features are required for their website, and use the theme that provides them all, or at least most of them. Sorry to hear that you will be using a different theme for your website, perhaps in the future you you can reconsider. We are working on new features as well.
As a note, besides spam or perhaps cases of very bad language, we have never reported a comment on the themeforest dashboard for other reasons.
