Hi, I renewed my support a few days ago, but if I download the files I still get the old license activation key and when I use it on the site it says This purchase code has already been used.

Can you please help?

Hello,

Renewing support doesn’t mean that you will get extra activation for the theme. If you are going to use the theme on a new domain, you will need to deactivate the license activation from your old domain, only after it you will be able to activate the theme on new domain. Yes, you need to use the same email account that you used on Envato ThemeForest as well, in this case, your Envato account support will be automatically synchronized in the support site as well

Hi there, good day

1. May I know is this theme comes with the car availability function? ex: Someone booked today for “Car A”, and other customer will unable to book “Car A” for today.

2. Could we set the unavailability date for a specific car? ex: We will not allow user to book on a specific date like (25 April 2023), because we will send this car for service.

3. Are we able to auto add coupon code when customer book for 7 days? as we want to provide them a discount for 7 days rental.

Admin can book only from the front-end to reserve available slot.

When you set the stock quantity to 1 for a Rental Product, it will only be available for one rental period based on the reservation dates set in the theme by default. If the product is out of stock, it won’t be available for those periods. You can manage the stock quantity from the product settings on the dashboard (see screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/imsm0s). If you increase the stock quantity, the product will be available for reservations again

Unfortunately, Rental Demo layouts do not include integration with the Elementor plugin at the moment. You can check what demo layouts are ready by selecting the page builder option while importing the demo layout for the first time. Friendly reminder, you can import only one demo layout, if you are planning to import another demo layout, you will need to reset it and after it make demo import from scratch > https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/getting-started/switch-between-demos

Hi, hope you are fine. WPBakery Page Builder’s last update to version 6.10.0 was on 13.10.2022….more than 5 months ago. Motors is still on version 6.9.0. When will you update that plugin, please ???? I’m working with other theme that use the same plugin and they updated a looooooong time ago, so it should be normal for an author of theme to udpate their plugins. Thank you ! Have a nice day.

We updated the WP Bakery to 6.10.0 version a while ago. Please make sure that you updated the theme, after it, go to the Motors theme dashboard > Plugins section and you will be able to update the WP Bakery page builder plugin

Hi, thanks for your reply ! Surprised to hear that because my sites are on last version motors 5.4.4 and all plugins updated via “Appearance>Install Plugins”, and WpBakery is missing. It needs to update from the Plugins board of the theme as the WP Bakery page builder plugin includes some specifications due to new integrations with Elementor in the Motors theme. Anyway, I am really glad that the issue was resolved

In the Rental demo layouts, all the Orders are part of the Woocommerce plugin by default. I can recommend you manage Order emails directly from the Woocommerce settings > emails section directly, the theme doesn’t control this option by default

One license can be used only in one live domain according to the license policy. However, you can use one license for multi-site, so in this case there will be sub-domains and one parent domain (parent domain will be activated). You can change your site’s main language under the WordPress dashboard > settings > general > site language section. It is recommended to use the Loco Translate plugin in order to properly set translations in the site, via this plugin you can properly organize translations of static strings of the theme and external plugins (Motors Extends, Motors listings, Motors WP Bakery Widgets, Motors Elementor Widgets). So, you can make your site in any language. Sorry for the inconvenience, let me explain this case in a bit more detail. The link that you have provided is for the Inventory filter that was built with the classic filter element, this classic filter element includes the static string “cars for sale”, this element is part of a different demo layout by default and can be changed with the help of the Loco Translate plugin. At the moment this string couldn’t be changed and we have already reported this case to our QA and devs team. The needed fix for the static string will be included in the future updates

I think I have found a new bug. On the listings results page, when clicking from one of the “models” category shortcut link on the left column it takes me back to the home page. It does not direct me to the correct model category. The link is setup correctly but it just forwards to the homepage.

After doing some investigating. It happens only after using a search button to find a listing. Then clicking on a “model” category it does not take the user to see all those “models” but takes the user to the homepage

In the Rental demo layouts payment gateways depend directly on Woocommerce by default. You can use Woocommerce checkout and payment methods if the Woocommerce supports needed payment option

It depends directly on the Contact Form template and its settings. Kindly note that it is not the theme settings or options. So, you need to properly set the form template settings and you need to set all the template settings without skipping the contact form template settings. So as the behavior of the contact form doesn’t relate to the theme options by default. You need to manually set up the configurations of the Contact form plugin manually under the WordPress dashboard -> contacts section.
