I tried to update this theme after a client passed away and I was going to just use it on my own domain, but these people go so far out of their way to block you from registering like they think people are going o steal their $50 theme. IW OULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS THEME. HORRIBLE to register. You cant use it unless you register it and you always get some error messages about server down. Screw off.

oh ok, updated, cool thank you guys! Very fast and it’s all good. My bad. This is working great now! Love this theme.

Latest theme update (Version: 6.8.1) causes issue for Editor user when updating posts and pages – the page does not refresh – instead gives blank page and URL changes to: /wp-admin/post.php

The post or page is updated OK but the editor is left looking at a blank page … hope you replicate and fix this ASAP.

Administrator user does not have this issue – not related to other plugins.

I think it is caused by this update adding “Porto AI” – maybe if you allowed us to disable this it would solve our immediate issue ..?

Hello is it possible to use wc_get_template inside the WP Bakery builder?

I’ve tried with a shortcode:

function ee_get_attributes_table() {
    ob_start();
    wc_get_template( 'single-product/product-attributes.php' );
    return ob_get_clean();
}

add_shortcode('eeproducttable', 'ee_get_attributes_table');

And then with text block [eeproducttable]

But nothing happens :(

Yes, it is possible to use wc_get_template() function inside WP Bakery builder to display WooCommerce templates.

wc_get_template() function is used to get the template files for displaying WooCommerce content, and it can be used anywhere in your theme or plugin.

To use it in WP Bakery builder, you can create a custom shortcode using the add_shortcode function and then call the wc_get_template function inside the callback function for the shortcode. For example:

function my_custom_shortcode() {
  // Use the wc_get_template() function to get the template file
  ob_start();
  wc_get_template( 'my-template.php' );
  return ob_get_clean();
}
add_shortcode( 'my_custom_shortcode', 'my_custom_shortcode' );

HI, testing elementor 3.12.0 and it definitely breaks the mini cart and some design issues.

But managed to resolve the design issue but the mini cart I cant solve.

If you want to update the theme on your current site, then follow the steps listed below:

1. Take the complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.
2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.
3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.
4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.
5. Remove all the cache from your server, site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that...
6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.
7. After that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.
8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.
9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.
10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.

2. For making those filters round, please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

Can anyone help me to have effective solutions with my support tickets: #18935 and #19291?

18935, goes for 8 days without solution, Mr. Aizazs Awan asked me for the administration username/password and damaged the portfolio behavior, and still does not fix it. In the same ticket, he has not been able to answer a specific question about theme modification, using the child theme.

19291, has been 4 days without a solution in sending an email using the contact form.

We are facing the following error on front and admin side:

Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string + string in public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/style.php each time we replace the ”+” with ”.” in the style.php file another line is appearing with the same issue.

this issue appeared yesterday and even after we updated to the latest theme version that you uploaded today.

We have the latest WP and the latest PHP 8.0.28

Our theme is fully compaitable with the PHP version 8, It must be any third party plugin which conflicts with PHP version 8 and conflicting issue with our theme as well, Please deactivate all the plugins except Porto Functionality and WooCommerce and check back again, If that will resolve your issue, it will confirm that the issue is not because of our theme and you have to again activate all the third party plugins one by one to find the culprit.
