Hello. I am running into problems. I added a google font into Font Stack and then added it in the theme options. But when I go to change the heading font, it doesn’t change. In fact it doesn’t change to any font. Can you help with this?

The theme returns its settings, when changing the thickness of the menu after saving everything changes, but it still stays at 600 as the thickness after refresh, when you edit everything goes back to the old.

Hi iqmartins! I’m sorry but pernsonally I’ve never happened to use them and no other requests have come in. I think in principle all of these plugins can work without problems since they instantiate via shortcode. Try looking to see if Gravity does what you need or is there a need for something more specific to your case.

Hi MetalPotatoUK! Actually the only method is to reactivate MediaElements in the Theem Options > Performance, when done please notify, it should be simpler to hide the controls with CSS (without MediaElement there is not a quick trick).

Hi smriko! This is a generic WordPress error that appears when you have a partially installed version (problems during the installation), and the folder of the plugin is on the server. As per our previous suggestion “try to manually delete Uncode Core from the FTP, and install it again”. It’s important you access your FTP, you delete the Uncode Code plugin from the plugin folder, and you install it again. If you want to upload it, you can find the plugin inside the theme here (for the manual upload via FTP you need to unzip it): https://undsgn.d.pr/i/AabJeO

Most likely you have run out of resources on your server. If you open the Chrome Developers tools you will probably see a server-related error (400 or 500). From here there is not much we can do. Hi matimoon! No this is preset based because this allows you to create advanced alignments with the Grid System, and allows you to scale on responsive. In case you can override a value with a very small extra CSS and have your custom gap. In case send your site link to check the setting you are using and create the CSS code, or open a private ticket.

No it is absolutely not a standard even if it is widespread (that’s what they make believe, but there are many other Page Builders, already looking only here on ThemeForest). Can someone please help me figure out how to use the Background Color Changer? I can’t get it to work the same way as they did on the demo page: https://undsgn.com/uncode/color-changer/
I’ve set a different color for each row but the above row then changes to the exact same color, not a different color like it does in the demo.
Example in the demo: You scroll down, “Demo 1” row becomes dark red, but the row above is a light red and the text changes color too. On my website, the “Demo 1” row turns dark red, but so does the row above it, and the text doesn’t change color…
