Hello, i can’t activate my license on your support website so please help me out with following issue:

after selecting pickup date and return date, we get 0 days, 0 hours on results. somehow we miss someting probably.

we fixed this updateing the date.

Hi there. I purchased your theme and it was on use on 2 websites. not it is not in use but I cannot remove old domains from to activate theme on new website/domain. It says that I need to deactivate theme on old domains but they are already deactivated. I cannot submit ticket because extended support ended but this is related to bug in your system. Please advice. Thank you.

Have you deactivated the license activation from the back-end under Motors section? If you are going to use the theme on a new domain, you will need to deactivate the theme from your old domain > https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/installation-and-activation/license-key-deactivation

I have updated all plugins and the theme and I am not able to see the Options Tab in Listing Manager. This is the only tab I cannot see. Would appreciate some help.

There should not be such kind of issue in general with the latest version of the theme. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and make sure that you updated all the pre-packed plugins as well. After it, I recommend you check the case by deactivating your child theme (if you have) and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins

I installed clean copy and set few things on my website. Right away Im able to add new listing as admin. But with created user I get info that website is in demo mode… So I turn off demo mode and I cant add anything. Either from admin account. I tried to turn off pay per listing and paid featured listing. I tried to edit pricing plans to €0 but without resultat. When I try to add new listing, loading circle next to button appears and button changing to gray. Nothing more happens…

Please make sure that you set limits for users and dealers in the Theme Options > User/Dealers section. After settings those limits, please make sure that you set the correct Google Recaptcha settings in the Theme Options > General section. Try to make a test by deactivating Google Recaptcha

So… I have limits for user/dealer and my recaptcha is off.

With increased limits and with the latest version of the theme there won’t be any restrictions by default. Please update the theme and re-check the case by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins. If the issue will be still there, please send your site’s server error logs

Hi, after the last update I have a problem. When I mark a car as sold and I uncheck there not in the the listing.

I must edit the car and make it update to be able to see it again.

I test in my live and test site and the result are the same. Did you see the same result?

If you imported listings via WP All Import tool, you will need to re-save those listings. Try to re-save one by one, we detected this case only for imported listings via WP All Importer

I’m using only WP All export not import. When you re-save them it’s just fine but I have many cars and this problem is big for me. Are you planning to fix this?

It is hard to detected why this issue came, at the moment it’s recommended to save listings manually. Could you please clarify where listings are not displaying, on inventory page?

Im getting this ERROR…. 0 Posts Available. BUT the user has an active plan and they have many listings slots available. Its is happening for ALL USERS. This 0 posts available notice appears for all users even though they all have active paid memberships with slots available.

Try to re-save the theme options by including some extra slots for users and dealers under the theme options > user/dealer section and re0check by deleting the cache as well

Hello! I’m using the Car rental 1 demo and im trying to edit the Checkout page. There’s a billing detail box named “DRIVER LICENSE (OPTIONAL)”. Is there any way for me to edit that?( i can edit everything besides this specific box using ” Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce”.)

Unfortunately, the Checkout page includes static styles and couldn’t be edited in general. It needs to modify the theme and pre-packed plugin scripts and include extra code lines to include an option to modify the Checkout page

But that specific billing detail is added via Motors theme, correct? so i should be able to at least change it from “Optional” to “Required”.

This page is static and doesn’t include option to be changed as checkout layout is not manageable by default. It needs to modify the following file from the theme > theme/motors/woocommerce/checkout.php

Note that you are using Dealership demo layout, and by default there is no option to Rent listings in general. Rental options are available only in the Rental One and Rental Two demo layouts in general
