I have created a website with demo data ( sanxehoi.net), but I can’t find a place to register for a dealer account

Could you clarify what demo layout you are using? We have Dealership and Classified demos. Dealers and sellers roles can be set only in Classified demo layouts by login/register and becoming dealer options. While in the Dealership demos only the site admin is Dealer

Hi, Is it possible to show the filter on the inventory page (that is left or right on the page) to be shown on top of the page? I need the auto-filter option (when someone chooses make for example to show cars from chosen make).

Unfortunately, there is no option to place the filter at the top section by default. It needs to modify the theme and plugins scripts and include extra code lines for it

Please note that the comments section is mostly for the pre-sale questions according to the item on Envato ThemeForest.

The Autoparts demo layout doesn’t use features to create add listings in general. The Listings feature can be used in Dealership and Classified demo layouts in the theme by default

According to the first issue with demo import, I can confirm that this case doesn’t come from the theme, as I have tested the issue that the user reported in our testing environments with developers and QA team. In addition, we have more than 18,450 active user of our theme, and they already installed and imported the theme demo layout without any restrictions. So, I should infomr you that due to the following reasons the demo import may not be completed:

a. The system settings are below the requirements. We recommend the following system configuration for the best experience with the theme.

PHP version 7.4 PHP Memory limit at least 256M Upload max file size at least 32M Maximum Post Size at least 32M Maximum Execution time 600 GZip: enabled ZipArchive: enabled WP Remote Get: enabled

b. When Security and caching plugins are preinstalled with WordPress Environment by Hosting. For example, Siteground installs Siteground Optimizer and Siteground Security plugins by default and they may block external ajax requests. While importing the main content the theme sends external ajax requests to download necessary files files from Amazon AWS . Due to firewall and restrictions for AJAX requests the demo content may stop not completed. While importing main content the theme sends external requests to our server and WordPress repositories and some of the hostings are blocking them.

I know my Support is no longer available, but, I have tried to load Motors onto a brand new install. When trying to import ANY demo it gets stuck and throws an Error 200 when trying to import the Main Content. I can load any other “plugin” but, not that one.

The issue comes due to incorrect server limits. Please increase your server limits according to the theme’s required limits. In addition, you can try to install the theme on your own local host. With proper WordPress and server environments, there won’t be any restrictions with the demo import stage in general

Users are unable to post ads.

Every time when someone tries to publish an Ad even if it is logged in and selects the plan it says “Please log in” and the ad is not posted.

By default, there shouldn’t be such kind of issue. Please try to recheck the case by deactivating your child theme (if you have) and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins as well

Hi there. I purchased your theme and it was on use on 2 websites. not it is not in use but I cannot remove old domains from to activate theme on new website/domain. It says that I need to deactivate theme on old domains but they are already deactivated. I cannot submit ticket because extended support ended but this is related to bug in your system. Have you deactivated the license activation from the back-end under Motors section? I have updated all plugins and the theme and I am not able to see the Options Tab in Listing Manager. This is the only tab I cannot see. Would appreciate some help.

There should not be such kind of issue in general with the latest version of the theme. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and make sure that you updated all the pre-packed plugins as well. After it, I recommend you check the case by deactivating your child theme (if you have) and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins

I installed clean copy and set few things on my website. Right away Im able to add new listing as admin. But with created user I get info that website is in demo mode… So I turn off demo mode and I cant add anything. Either from admin account. I tried to turn off pay per listing and paid featured listing. I tried to edit pricing plans to €0 but without resultat. When I try to add new listing, loading circle next to button appears and button changing to gray. Nothing more happens…

Please make sure that you set limits for users and dealers in the Theme Options > User/Dealers section. After settings those limits, please make sure that you set the correct Google Recaptcha settings in the Theme Options > General section. Try to make a test by deactivating Google Recaptcha

So… I have limits for user/dealer and my recaptcha is off.

With increased limits and with the latest version of the theme there won’t be any restrictions by default. Please update the theme and re-check the case by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins. If the issue will be still there, please send your site’s server error logs

Hi, after the last update I have a problem. When I mark a car as sold and I uncheck there not in the the listing.

I must edit the car and make it update to be able to see it again.

I test in my live and test site and the result are the same. Did you see the same result?

If you imported listings via WP All Import tool, you will need to re-save those listings. Try to re-save one by one, we detected this case only for imported listings via WP All Importer

Im getting this ERROR…. 0 Posts Available. BUT the user has an active plan and they have many listings slots available. Its is happening for ALL USERS. This 0 posts available notice appears for all users even though they all have active paid memberships with slots available.

Try to re-save the theme options by including some extra slots for users and dealers under the theme options > user/dealer section and re0check by deleting the cache as well
