Hello there, I have downloaded the Listings Pro Single via Cloud Templates. Unfortunately, this is always not displayed and the listing only as a normal blog page in wordpress. Also I often get this error see below. Unfortunately I can not log in the support forum for this. Since I don’t remember the login details and I can’t re-register as I am told that an account already exists with my Item Purchase Code. How to solve this now?

Hello, I just bought the Newspaper theme and I would like to use NewsWeek templates but as soon as I click on “import section” in green, I see a message appearing in the background (photo attached), behind the importing the section and as soon as I click this message, which I have circled in yellow and which is behind, disappears so I cannot click on No or Yes. The social counter should display the number of followers, not the ones you follow. Maybe the counter is not refreshing anymore, and it displays an old incorrect value. That can happens sometimes unfortunately. You could try disconnecting the account in the theme panel, and then reconnecting it. The first questions isn’t quite clear unfortunately. Please mention a few more details about it.
About the headers, you could use multiple headers, displaying what you want. Everything can have its own header, whether it is a page, a category, a taxonomy, a custom post type etc. For example if you have a header you want to use, and you only want to change some text from it, you can duplicate it multiple times https://prnt.sc/Hws9oseScCZ5 and modify the duplicates. But it depends on how much content will be on the website. Having a different for each category for example, will require having different category templates as well. Maybe there are other solutions. For the Gutenberg editor I don’t think there are any immediate plans to add new elements in it. Please mention a few more details about the element you would like to have in the editor.

Help me to auto-align (Justify Text) when writing in Gudenberg
Currently, Newspaper has almost no styling features when writing news article blog posts in Gudenberg, so it is not readable when readers read the article. So, we try to add external blocks and functions, but conflicts occur because of the composer builder. As a news theme, we think that we need to be competitive in our writing. Composers are of no help to the writing.
Need for styling such as buttons, quotations, box table design, hyperlink design, whether right-mouse copy protection is selected for each content, pop-up lock on text paragraph and freedom to continue reading when clicked (any action), paid consultation comments, individual content payment We need more practical features than Gudenberg blocks, patterns, or templates that are rarely used today, such as placing a payment on some paragraphs.
And are there compatible Gudenberg blocks? Cannot be used because of the composer, please recommend if possible

Hi,
We don’t provide many features for Gutenberg, because besides writing the post content, the composer can be used for everything else. Gutenberg by default should provide most of the necessary options for creating the post content. But it does indeed depend on what is required to be used in the post content. More complex posts may require plugins for Gutenberg to add extra functionality. We haven’t tested such plugins however, and I can’t recommend a specific one unfortunately. Perhaps we will test a few of them and make tests with the theme, so we will be able to recommend those ones. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Is Newspaper ready for WordPress 6.2.x?
Everytime when I delete pictures from Media Gallery, tagDiv Standard Pack turns down my website. It seems to be a conflict between Standard Pack and Jetpack. I tried to use the current WP version and the 6.0.x. But the issue persists. I also tried rolling back Jetpack to old versions, and nothing gain. Everything works right when one or the other is activated, but when both are activated, my website falls down.
I think I’ve found the issue… it happens when I set the blocks to show the popular posts from Jetpack. Any other setting works fine.

So when blocks are set to use the sorting by popularity from jetpack, there are major issues with the website. The sorting is done through jetpack when using that setting, and all the block does is to display what jetpack sorts. While some slow down can be expected when using jetpack, as it is a large plugin with lots of modules, it should not crash the website. Are there many blocks that use the jetpack sorting option? You could use the theme’s popularity sorting perhaps, if possible. But we could take a look as well at this issue. That would require modifications in the theme code and it may not be so easy to do unfortunately. Because it isn’t just about adding another review star icon, the whole review system will have to be adjusted, and also the score calculations, and the schema. And making modifications in the theme files will be lost after updating the theme.
