Hello. I think i have a broken theme. I am unable to upload the theme using admin dashboard. When i upload using FTP, style sheets are missing. Its is important to note that my hosting is okay. I had uploaded the theme before,then reset my site. On re-uploading,I keep getting error 503.

How come you don’t answer your tickets? Here in public you can comment and sometimes help but the ticket help is a joke. I asked for 1 simple thing and there is no reply. I’m sorry to leave still another frustrated comment for this theme… We have reported a new bug in the support and they ..work for it about a month now! They suggest us to wait indefinetely without having – or seem to not having -the understanding that this bug is causing serious problems to a production site… This is outrageous! We have paid for extra supprt cause we had many problems with this theme and the delay fo support makes me doing second thoughts… We need a solution now, or at least a serious client brief about the bug we reported..
