No, you don’t seem to understand. The Policy does not state that you can use Purchase Code on one domain at a time, but that you can only use it on one domain and for one project only. Once that domain is no longer required, the License ends when that site is taken down. A user cannot then ask for this License to be reset so it can be used on a new venture.

If you don’t to renew the support we can only suggest that you try to create this section from scratch, after all it is just a Row with 4 columns inside. As mentioned if creating a Row with 4 columns was an Uncode issue here you would see thousands of similar messages (but I think we have already proven that the problem is not the theme or the Page Builder).

I checked on friend website who using is uncode theme, same 4 column issue exist on his website as well

That fixed the images and portfolio. But my backend editor option is gone now. I can just see the frontend editor and classic mode. But I really prefer using the backend editor which I am used to for several years. Could you pls help rectify this? TIA

Okay so the only thing that worked for me was resetting the whole theme which absolutely sucks because I had pre built content like font sizes colors etc..

sorry, I’m not sure I understand your point: why did you reset the theme and what do you mean exactly? Did you reset the database somehow? I recommended a different approach actually, and in particular I invited you to contact the helpdesk and allow us to check from the backend as well, so we could see if the problem was easily identifiable.
