Hello, congratulations on the template, really very functional.

I have a little beginner question… I installed woocommerce because I would like to see prints (I’m a photographer), I was wondering if it’s possible to buy without having to register or login (I saw that some e-commerce sites also allow you to buy as a guest).

Do everything by email, then the tracking code by email. I don’t want to manage register, login ect… I think it’s too much for me, I would like something simpler and more immediate. I searched your guide but I can’t find anything. Can you tell me how I can do it?

Hello. I recently changed my domain name from thecorerealtors.com to thecorerealestate.com and now I am unable to update the theme. I deregistered the purchase code and tried to register again, but it’s telling me that the code is already in use. Can the old domain be removed from your database so that I can register my new domain. I can’t submit a ticket either, I’ve tried.

As a suggestion, it would be great if Uncode had a backend portal where we can manage active licenses too. That would be great (unless there already is and I dont see it lol). Thanks!!

1 – What happens if you change language and sept English instead of Polish? I remember a strange issue with another user with the Polish language.

Language change did not help, but activation of Dynamic SrctSet did. If I choose specific aspect ratio (like 16:9) image does not show. Works only with “regular” aspect. Anyway it is much better than it was. Now all images are visible. Thank you for your help :)

Hello, I’ve just got a new client that his website had been built with your theme but never got updated. I don’t mind purchasing it again in case his ex developer doesn’t have access to it but I’m just wondering if everything will be ok because I have seen that you have changed your builder and this version uses an old version of VC. How many things will get broken? Will we need to recreate everything made by VC?

I have a website with an active purchase code. However Rev Slider is saying “This is a Premium template from the Slider Revolution template library. It can only be used on this website with a registered license key.” The slider has been in use for some time so why has this suddenly happened? I have the latest Uncode theme version installed.

Can you guys checkout the website. The theme is behaving very weird. I create new content block it show white menu. When I add image it start showing black. When I use already created content block it shows white menu and logo when I duplicate them and add video on it. It start showing black.

I want to have white menu on still and dark while scrolling. Now I off the scroll and sticky menu is not showing. Any thoughts ?

Thank you for this. So it’s not possible to use the Center Split menu and have the social icons aligned to the far left and the CTA button to the far right?

That’s right, the split centre navbar displays the icons at the ends: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/Oxppv4 on one side the social icons, on the other the search and WooCommerce icons, in the middle the logo with the main menu. The default position for the CTA button is internally relative to the social icons.

Anyway, if you refer to the Grid System as for documentation the Grid System is based on twelve subdivision, so it’s not possible to have 5 columns ( https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214003565 ).

Hola, tengo un problema “fatal error” desde ayer, cuando actualicé Wordpress, el tema Uncode y otros plugins. Sé que mi soporte ha caducado, pero quería preguntar primero, ya que no es ayuda sobre una funcionalidad, si no de un error de actualización. Mi proveedor de hosting no pueden ayudarme recuperando archivos, no saben qué puede ocurrir. Por otro lado, me han dicho que se solucionaría actualizando el tema Uncode, que la versión que tengo no está actualizada. Pero en mi panel de control me aparece actualizada.

Este es el error:

Is there any problem with Uncode and the Woo Commerce Paywall Plug-in?

Hi jrydesign! We’re sorry but it’s not something I can tell you. I looked in our Help Center and there is no report with “Paywall” so it could be that nobody uses it or nobody has ever used it. Unfortunately there are too many WooCommerce extensions and it is not possible to try all of them.

I’m writing to you about the [insert theme name] licence key I bought from your website. I’ve been attempting to reset my licence key because my website has been down for a number of months and I need to get it back online.

I’m unhappy to learn that you won’t reset my licence key and will instead advise me to purchase a new copy of the theme, though. I am aware that one key equates to one domain according to your agreements, but I think there is an exception in my case.

I merely want to be able to use the theme that I have already purchased on my website in accordance with the terms of the licence agreement. I am not asking for anything more than what I have already paid for. I’m hoping you can relate to my disappointment and annoyance, and that you’ll be willing to assist me in fixing this problem by resetting my licence key.

Therefore, I assure you that I will only use the theme on the domain for which the license is reset, and I will not share the theme with others or use it on multiple sites simultaneously.

No, you don’t seem to understand. The Policy does not state that you can use Purchase Code on one domain at a time, but that you can only use it on one domain and for one project only. Once that domain is no longer required, the License ends when that site is taken down. A user cannot then ask for this License to be reset so it can be used on a new venture.
