Hi. So for some reason YouTube videos are not showing on my website anymore. Hi robinvdstar! As you can see from my video we are testing using the Single Media module. Since we are unable to replicate the problem and currently have no other users with this report, we certainly cannot debug it from here. If you don’t intend to open a ticket, try writing to us in a few days to see if other users have reported the problem in the meantime (maybe YouTube has recently changed some scripts and it’s still not propagated to all their servers and locations).

Hi binarybiscuit! Do you refer to the single product page? If you use the default layout the option is connected with the Skins and there is not a direct method to change it. If instead you have created a custom layout with the Page Builder you can make it from the Button module each color you need. What is your scenario? Can you please share the link to your site so we can suggest a solution?
Thanks for that. I’ve converted everything over to the page builder but how do you display different variation images.
For example let’s say i create a variable product that has three different images so normally when the user selects the options the image changes to show that variation but using the page builder this doesn’t seem to happen?
How can I make that work?

I have a little beginner question… I installed woocommerce because I would like to see prints (I’m a photographer), I was wondering if it’s possible to buy without having to register or login (I saw that some e-commerce sites also allow you to buy as a guest).

Hello. I recently changed my domain name from thecorerealtors.com to thecorerealestate.com and now I am unable to update the theme. I deregistered the purchase code and tried to register again, but it’s telling me that the code is already in use. Can the old domain be removed from your database so that I can register my new domain. I can’t submit a ticket either, I’ve tried.
As a suggestion, it would be great if Uncode had a backend portal where we can manage active licenses too. That would be great (unless there already is and I dont see it lol). Thanks!!

Do you confirm you have the latest theme version? What version of PHP? Can we check the URL? The problem can be related to one of your background images but it’s not possible to help just in words without more info.

Language change did not help, but activation of Dynamic SrctSet did.
If I choose specific aspect ratio (like 16:9) image does not show. Works only with “regular” aspect. Anyway it is much better than it was. Now all images are visible. Thank you for your help

I have a website with an active purchase code. However Rev Slider is saying “This is a Premium template from the Slider Revolution template library. It can only be used on this website with a registered license key.” The slider has been in use for some time so why has this suddenly happened? I have the latest Uncode theme version installed.

Can you guys checkout the website. The theme is behaving very weird. I create new content block it show white menu. When I add image it start showing black. When I use already created content block it shows white menu and logo when I duplicate them and add video on it. It start showing black.
I want to have white menu on still and dark while scrolling. Now I off the scroll and sticky menu is not showing. Any thoughts ?

If you want to have a dark Menu on scroll this should be the main Menu Skin.
Anyway note that it’s not possible to have a solid white Menu on the top of the page, and a dark Menu when scrolling. We are sorry but we never show this as an option in all our demos (we are flexible but within the limit of what we promote on our demo).
In a few words you can have a solid color Menu, or a transparent Menu. If the Menu is transparent this is managed by the Skin of the first slide and when you scroll you have the real Menu Skin: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213459749

That’s right, the split centre navbar displays the icons at the ends: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/Oxppv4 on one side the social icons, on the other the search and WooCommerce icons, in the middle the logo with the main menu. The default position for the CTA button is internally relative to the social icons.
