Hi, i have 2 licenses with the theme. After ive installed the theme, it’s showing an error when i tried to activate the x-theme core plugin. Should i reinstall a fresh copy of wordpress? because previously the site is running on other builder & theme.

What error are you experiencing? Are you using the Kirki plugin? Try disabling any third-party plugins and then attempt to install XStore Core.
In case automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

Hi, I am trying to add filter on my side bar. It seems to have some trouble. I tried YITH filter, Husky and the default that comes with the theme/WooCommerce. They are not displaying on the side bar. Sometime one category filter does appear. Can you help? is there a known issue related to this? I have tried disabling all the plugin except for WooCommerce. Still same issue.
Secondly, the theme is slow? I have tested it with other theme and it came to a conclusion that xstore is slow for me.
It has come to a point where I am considering to change theme. But that will cost me hours of rework.

Hi, I bought theme based of number of sales and demo and your marketing and numbers , but the whole theme seems very heavy on server i check frontpage which from demo and no any plugin install and give me 1.8 sec to open and make the website very slow.

Our Single Product Builder can be disabled via Theme Options > WooCommerce. Then you will be able to use the Elementor Pro plugin to edit the single product page.
Elementor plugin has 2 versions: free and Pro. Elementor plugin author does not offer developer license for the Pro version and does not allow to built-in Pro version of plugin to themes. So, you’ll be able to use the free version of the Elementor but in case you want to get Pro version you will need to buy an individual license, our theme supports Elementor Pro.
