Thank you for your response.

We’ve checked it more deeply, this function is used by us to import demo versions, not directly, but indirectly, that is, it is called with the help of other functions. You can disable it in case, you don’t plan to import demos anymore.

Also, it is possible that some active plugins you have on your web-site could require this feature so after disabling it we recommend you to double check if everything works as before.

I want to try the options in the back end of the theme before I decide whether to purchase, can you send me a temporary user that I can review?

I have a few questions: 1. Do you have an example of a product page (or can you create one for us for the sake of the example) that displays multiple tabs along the page, some of which display text and some display accordions? 2. Do you have an example of a product page where the link is to an affiliate or a custom URL and not in the process of purchasing through woocommerce? 3. Do you have an example of the product grid design options and how you can customize, and how you can customize a product page as well?

3/ You may check the Shop pages on our various demos. The settings can be found in Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop. As previously mentioned, you can purchase and test it out; if it is not what you are looking for, we will be able to provide you with a refund.

Hello, I have pre-purchase question. I saw that the theme has catalogue mode, that is perfect for my project, because it will be B2B, but instead of hiding the add to cart button, can it be changed to Login/Register as button for guests? Also, for registration form I would like to add a custom form, if a country of EU is selected to be shown another field “VAT Number”? I will appreciate for your response. Thanks.

There is no such feature implemented in XStore. You will need to use an additional plugin for this.

Note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

How can I hide or remove the Downloads tap in the account page? I don’t have download products.

The Downloads tab on the account page is added by the WooCommerce plugin itself and allows users to access and download any digital products they have purchased.

If you do not have any download products, you can hide or remove the Downloads tab by using a CSS code.

Please copy and paste the following CSS code into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache:

After the last update the theme is no longer compatible with Bambora/Worldline payment plugin!!!!!

True, the author is not required to make the theme possible to use. But tell me- when the theme isn’t compatible with my chosen payment solution, is it the payment solution I change or the theme?

I cannot provide you with the videos you ask for – as I do not own Storefront. However, my investigation and description of the issue is quite clear if you had intention to check it out.

Now now… so I didn’t provide “the required info and just blame the theme”... it’s getting better and better to write with your great customer service… DO YOUR JOB AND FIX THE BUG! If you actually require something, other than a video that won’t give you any answers, do say so and I’ll give it to you.

We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Hello, I have question about variation for clothing. I had opencart based ecommerce site, but I have 7 size and 40 colors (each product) and it makes so many variation. My colors are growing 200 colors so far and because of that reason, my opencart crashed/error. If Wordpress can handle that issue, I want to use Wordpress ecommerce and buy your template. Do you think I should use Wordpress?

It will depend on your WordPress settings and server. This has little to do with the theme, so it is best to check with your server if they recommend switching. We have had customers with around 100 variations and it all worked.
