There is no such feature implemented in XStore. You will need to use an additional plugin for this.
Note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

1/ Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site. It helps to find out if the situation is caused by XStore or by something else.
2/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

Thank you. Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin activated again and the above No. 2 issue is solved.
For the header issue, I did it as instructed, and also clear cache and reload the page, the issue remains. What’s interesting is that when Admin is logged in there’s no problem for the head of the front end. But when Admin is logged out the header issue comes out again. After more tests – anyone logging in, no problem; the issue exists in logged out circumstance only.

Sure, you are not guaranteeing anything. However, yours is a e-commerce theme. And the theme suddenly not being compatible with one of the absolutely major payment providers’ plugin should be your concern. I cannot ask for support as you want to be paid 41.13 USD to report a bug. Since the theme was compatible with the Worldline plugin before the last update and is not compatible now, I think it is pretty clear where to look for an issue. Just to you know, I’ve done all the troubleshooting for you by disabling ALL other plugins to exclude the possibility of other plugins interfering. It is the theme and the Worldline plugin that are not compatible. Since only the theme was updated recently, it is there one should look for the issue. What happens is that when you click on the Checkout button from the Cart, the webstie starts trying to send you there without anything happening. So you never reach the checkout. The rest of the website functions fine though, including Add to Cart and clicking on the Cart icon.

The low rating is exactly a way to express dissatisfaction. I do think it is not acceptable to not test your theme’s updates agains at least the most popular payment etc. plugins out there – for how is one to run a business if it could anythime with any update go down with no warning? Payment or shipping or other critical solutions are not something you can switch in a moment. So when they have been working with the theme for years, it is not acceptable that a single update makes them useless.
Besides, if you want to spare yourselves for low ratings or comments on theme bugs here, make it possible to report a bug on your support site for free. In fact, you should be thankful to people reporting bugs not making them pay.

You did not reply by email if you mean this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/bambora-online-checkout/ ? This plugin has 1,000+ active installations only (it seems is not very popular). It means that a very poor percentage of our customers are using it and that’s why there were no reported compatibility issues.
As was mentioned, we can not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins (but there is always a chance to give it at least a try to add such compatibility), and do tests with all existing plugins.
You did not provide videos of the problem or video that the plugin works fine with Storefront (official WooCommerce theme).
Even with a valid support period, the theme author is not obligated to provide support for 3rd party plugins, so you do not need to worry about purchasing support.
We asked you to contact us privately to be able to help you, but you did not provide the required info and just blame our theme in the comments here.
It is not fair.

I did not reply as you wrote from a do-not-reply email! However, I sent you the link – also here to make sure you have it. Worldline sends their users to GitHub to download, not to Wordpress.org. If in doubt about their size and importance, please educate yourselves: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Worldline_SA
This is the page on Worldline about download: https://developer.bambora.com/europe/shopping-carts/shopping-carts/woocommerce so you can understand why looking at Wordpress.org is useless. It is not even mentioned that you can download the plugin there. So it is rather people who don’t have a contract with Worldline yet and just stumble upon the plugin in Wordpress.org who download it from there.
True, the author is not required to make the theme possible to use. But tell me- when the theme isn’t compatible with my chosen payment solution, is it the payment solution I change or the theme?
I cannot provide you with the videos you ask for – as I do not own Storefront. However, my investigation and description of the issue is quite clear if you had intention to check it out.
Now now… so I didn’t provide “the required info and just blame the theme”... it’s getting better and better to write with your great customer service… DO YOUR JOB AND FIX THE BUG! Hello, I have question about variation for clothing. I had opencart based ecommerce site, but I have 7 size and 40 colors (each product) and it makes so many variation.
