hi I wish to integrate multiple pricing plans for different types of sellers according to the products they sell. More specifically, I would like to know if it is possible to have separate pricing plans for sellers who wish to post ads for cars, motorcycles, and airplanes. The idea would be to allow each seller to publish only in the category for which they have subscribed, meaning a seller who has subscribed to sell cars would not be able to post ads for motorcycles or airplanes, unless they also subscribe to these plans.

It needs to modify the theme and pre-packed plugin scripts and include extra code lines in order to realize your personal requests. Please try to re-save your listings one by one as we suggested in your previous comment. It needs to check from the wp-admin directly by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party and caching plugins as well. Moreover, make sure that you updated all the theme pre-packed plugins as well

However, some outdated templates were discovered by the Woocommerce plugin as follows:

“Your theme (Motors) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.”

Although, I disregarded the error initially, but I noticed that it locked me out of the WordPress dashboard anytime I installed the “Subscriptio-3.0.7 plugin” due to some outdated templates that have to do with the Subscriptio plugin in the Woocommerce plugin. I discovered that through the troubleshooting process.

Those are simple warnings of the WooCommerce plugin and they don’t affect the proper work of your website. Whenever the WooCommerce authors release the new version, the plugin templates become outdated in the theme even the new version of the theme was released a day before. We can’t control the releases of the plugin, as WooCommerce can be updated twice a week.

The new version of the theme will contain the updated templates of WooCommerce.

The theme options and settings couldn’t control the Contact Form 7 plugin behaviour in general. You can try to review form configuration and settings: Double-check the configuration and settings of your Contact Form 7 form. Ensure that all fields are correctly set up, including email addresses, validation rules, and other form options. Make sure that the “Mail” tab of the form editor is properly configured with valid email addresses and settings.

Verify mail server settings: Check the mail server settings within Contact Form 7. Make sure the “To” and “From” email addresses are correct and that the server configuration matches the requirements of your email provider.

Check for server-related issues: Contact your hosting provider and inquire if there are any server-related issues that could be affecting the JSON response from the server. They can check the server logs for any error messages or provide assistance in troubleshooting the issue.

I’ve updated the theme to 5.4.11 The changelog says that in version 5.4.10 – “WPBakery Page Builder plugin is updated to v6.13.0”

When I go to Motors – Plugins, I see that an update is available for WPBakery (version 6.10.0, new version 6.13.0)

When I click the blue Update button the button changes to a rotating gear and the page refreshes, but the plugin doesn’t update – it is still 6.10.0

How do I update WPBakery to 6.13.0? Can it be done manually?

I have searched the theme documentation and there is no information about this.

Our Themes and Plugins use a standard wp_mail() function of WordPress without utilizing any custom functions.

1) Delivery delay. When you submit the form and see a success message, it means that the wpmail() function has worked correctly and the email has already been sent. Sometimes, the arrival of an email may be delayed; it depends on the processing time on the side of servers and email services (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Rambler, Yandex), and their configurations. The arrival timeline does not depend on the themes or plugins, as the email is sent from their side immediately.

In order to check this case, you can install the WP Mail Logging plugin and compare the time when you submitted the form and the time when the email was sent.

2) The wp_mail() function is not enabled on your server.

3) Mail server firewall. There may be some sort of firewall on the mail server, which blocks the delivery of the email. In this case, you will need to contact your hosting provider or the person who has access to the admin side of the server machine.

4) Incorrect email sender. The default email sender which is generated by WordPress (wordpress@yourwebsite.domain) is usually detected as unreliable by most email services. It is better to allocate your existing email account as an email sender – you can use such plugins as WP Mail SMTP or SB Change Mail Sender to do it.

Hi, Can you please let me know how to translate STM Rent Car Form with WPML and Loco Translate? Also, when I duplicate and translate car rental products they don’t appear in the translated offices in the frontend. The translated offices are pre-selected (This field are not editable). It only works if I select “Overwrite with English content” without translation. Thanks

First of all the site’s main language should be English in the settings of the WPML plugin by default, as the theme and plugin’s default language is English. Then you need to create translations of the English default pages to the needed custom languages. WPML -> Languages. Also, You need to translate the default store URLs in the WooCommerce > Woocommerce Multilingual > Store URLs section. It should be from the English default language to any custom language. In addition, it isn’t recommended to use the same slug names when using a multilingual website. Also, you need to translate the other slug names in that section. Moreover, you need set the stm_rental_office as translatable in the WPML > Settings section. Also, you need to set Copy or Translate to the office sections, and set Rental products for different Offices in different languages separately.
