Hi,

I recently purchased Porto to develop a simple webapp with a bootstrap based form. I found that bootstrap.css is wrongly compiled, creating incorrect css rules. I notified this bug to support team and they told me that they cannot do anything about it due to “our limitations” and pointing me to their customization service.

I’m telling you there’s something wrong in your theme and the answer is you can’t solve it… Very professional!

Sorry for the inconvenience but I have just collaborated with the support agent, and the issue was you want to use the bootstrap classes on the section which already have the theme core CSS applied in the core files, so our agent instructed you to use the !important and apply your own CSS on that section, but you do not want to do that, and then our agent instructed you that the other possible way is to remove the theme core CSS from the theme core files and apply the bootstrap classes then, and then you told that it will be overridden when you will update the theme, and it’s true, because in that case you have to Customize it in the Child Theme, and our agent told if you want the Customization code by us, then you have to request for the paid Customization services.

Well, we again replied to your support ticket, please check our reply there and then reply back to it accordingly and please communicate there at one plece to avoid any inconveniance.

Hi I bought your theme a couple of times now. The last time I bought this I did the installation via the setup wizard en installed the demo content (WPbakery). Now when I edit a page and want to insert a “porto products slider” (show products by category of id in slider) I don’t see this option in the woocommerce tab (on other websites where I use your theme I do have this option).

I have a site that presents a problem in the “Cart” page, the field to increase or subtract quantities works, what is not working correctly, or is not executing the operation, is the update of the values when increasing or decreasing the order, of the quantities of the order. (I attach screenshots). Example, if I order two items worth $170, their subtotal is $340, now, in the “CART” page if I lower the order quantity to 1, it should register a modification in the subtotal to $170, likewise, in the tax, and in the total to pay, likewise, it should register that order modification in the cart icon at the top, and unfortunately, none of that is happening, it does not modify the amounts to pay when the order quantities are modified.

This is on the “CART” page.

We need to fix this as soon as possible.

Hello, After I update the theme, I get an error

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function porto_shortcode_add_floating_options() in /public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/vc_templates/vc_column.php:331

I’m updating from 6.0 to Version: 6.9.5

I had to uninstall WP Bakery and as recommended install Visual Composer from WP Repo

No, Visual Composer is no more compatible with our latest theme, so we suggest you do not use it, and try to build your site with Elementor OR WP Bakery page builder.

Many pages are already using visual composer from the older version of your theme, any instructions on migrating? There are many pages, it won’t be possible to rebuild all of them manually.

Hello, I have a problem with the slider on the homepage of my website (site under construction). I’ve installed the “Business Consulting 2” theme. I’ve chosen to work with Elementor (the one included in your package). I want to modify the default images to replace them with my own, but I can’t find where to replace each of these images in the carousel. I can access the “Porto additional settings”, but I don’t see where to change the images with the carousel option. The theme is up-to-date. Thank you for your help.

That is the third party plugin and not included in the compatible plugins list confirmed from our end, so you can try to use the one came with the theme package (Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter) OR you can request to compatible that third party plugin with our theme as a feature request by writing it here: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/

At the top of the site where it will normally say to update Porto Functionality when there is a new update I see a message that says that GeoDirectory Porto Theme Compatibility Pack is required. I’m using the GeoDirectory plugin with Porto as the theme. Is the GeoDirectory Porto Theme Compatibility Pack no longer needed maybe? I click to install but it says failed. If I go to the Install Plugins page it doesn’t show up in that list for Porto plugins. Thank you for helping me look into this.

I had the same error when updating the theme “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT”. SO following your advice I unregistered the theme, but now I can’t register because: “Sorry, it could not connect to the Porto API server. Please try again later.” Any known issues? Thanks

Just tried to update Porto and connected plugins for a client of mine, however getting the following error:

Please navigate to Porto >> Theme License and un-register the theme from there and then again register the theme with same purchase code and then try to update the Theme from Appearance >> Themes.

Hi, Im using your theme with plugin WPBakery. After last update ( Porto version 6.9.4. , WPBakery 6.13.0 ) it seems that there is a bug. From admin view I see content of all created pages. After I log out or visit page as guest it seems like these pages are empty – they exist but they dont have content. They have different layout, sidebar but they dont have created content. I deleted cache and try to active and deactive plugin but the results is same. When I log back I can see content and I can edit it etc. Could you please let me know how to fix this? Hello I have problems when someone adds any product to the cart. The icon starts loading and never appears the number of products and if you click on the cart icon the cart mini window is in blank. Thanks for your help.

Installing Porto by default in a products comes with a “guide size” in the product layout. How to remove this section? seems is inserted throw a Porto template builder by defaut.
