Hi Porto, On mobile devices, can the porto template offer a way to pass the product images so that the secondary image does not appear in thumnail. It takes up a lot of screen space. For example, is there any option to scroll them, 1/3, 2/2 and 3/3? That is to say, instead of the thumnail appearing in 1/3? Thanks

Hi , minicart icon on top keep spinning and not able to see cart modal due to this. I have upgraded to latest version but issue still there. If i am logged in it works fine. but in other borwser or incognito it keeps spinning. Please help

It seems to be the cache issue or third party plugin conflict.

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and provide us the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization as well. We also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

I purchased this theme on 10/14/21 with a regular license. I customized the theme and it is currently active on my live website. I have never updated the theme since purchase. I now want to test updates to this theme on a staging copy of my website. How can I update the theme on the staging site? Do I need another license? Do I need to purchase support to answer this question?

I just purchased 1 more license just now but when I try to add it on a site it says “Purchase Code is not valid or could not connect to the API server!”. This license is not used any where and it says not valid, can you please help? Code starts from 84dd4407.

1. Main Shop Demo and Shop Demo means the same, both are based on a WooCommerce plugin and you can import and use any one which better suits your requirements.

2. You can edit your content and build the layout with the Template Builders. Additionally, Porto’s Full Site Editing cleans the unnecessary theme options and meta options. 2. When utilizing the Page Builder to modify the header section, it has come to my attention that the Login/Register component is displayed as a Porto info box containing only text. Consequently, when a user logs in as a regular user, the displayed text remains the same as before.

Hello. I got an error “Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://domain' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://domain/wp-content/uploads/porto_styles/theme_css_vars.css?ver=6.9.5'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.”. I think this error is related to theme files. I used porto child theme. Any Idea how to fix this?
